Come enjoy a beautiful piece of 'Old Florida'. Our delightful beach cottage is just the way Florida beach life used to be! Quaint and quiet. Just steps from the beach, our cottage is YOUR ideal spot for a week's getaway or even months of fun in the Florida Sun.

THE BEACH COTTAGE is located in a quiet neighborhood setting, yet close to many of Florida's West Coast attractions, such as John's Pass, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Weeki Wachee Springs, Walt Disney World and much more!

Walk to many quaint restaurants or stroll down the beach and have dinner. Local restaurants within walking distance include CiCi's Pizza, Lobster Pot, Kenny's, and many more. A local seafood market just blocks away provides a variety of seafood choices for your entertaining and dining enjoyment!

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and quiet morning walks on the beach, or just sit on your screened-in front porch and sip on your favorite beverage. We've recently renovated the backyard and it is now completely fenced in! It provides your own private oasis after a day on the beach...including an enclosed outdoor shower!

We invite you to visit the West coast of Florida and experience our beach cottage for a relaxing beach vacation!

PLEASE NOTE: We also have available 3) 1-Bedroom Apartments directly across the street. All 3 apartments have separate living areas combined with the kitchen, and a separate bedroom. Please inquire if your family is a party greater than 5 people. These apartments are available weekly and monthly (Monthly only during Winter season).

  • What a perfect place to get away for some much needed R&R!! Everything I could have and did need...was here! The backyard/patio/'oasis'.....what great peaceful nights with the mini-lights and the Gulf breeze...it was a great place to end the night. Found a great seafood mart across the street!!! Breakfast at Kenny's and a walk to the pier, the sunsets...just incredible!! Thanks for a week that leaves me refreshed,revived and relaxed!!

  • We really enjoyed our vacation for the week. The cottage was really comfy and the beach was so close! Our girls loved the outside shower (so did we)! Everything we needed was here at the cottage. We enjoyed our long walks on the beach and the sunset as well. We hope to be able to come back!

  • I can say without question that if you’re thinking of visiting this wonderful area on the Gulf you should give this cottage a try. My husband and I have relatives near-by that we’ve visited often over the years and we’ve stayed in many different places. None have been as perfect as this quaint and cozy “Old Florida” cottage. It’s a home away from home with all the comforts you can think of. Every room is well appointed as is the back yard with two separate seating areas and an outdoor shower. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find. Debra has truly thought of everything, including many unique and decorative touches. The cottage is situated a stone’s throw from the beach. It’s very easy to find your way to a multitude of wonderful restaurants and shopping. We greatly enjoyed a visit to Weeki Wachee where the mermaids swim and where my husband swam as a boy. We had a perfect day visiting museums in St. Petersburg and then a wonderful meal at the famous Columbia restaurant on the wharf. There are many places to discover and things to do using the cottage as home base. But my favorite memory is of my husband and me sitting on the enclosed front porch with our first cup of coffee in the morning listening to the doves cooing. Throw in watching the occasional summer lightning storm while sitting safely on the porch and you know that you’re somewhere very special. The perfection of the peace and tranquility of the cottage was difficult to leave. We’ll stay again and make even more discoveries.

  • My friend Myrtle and I are just finishing up our week's stay in the beach cottage with our two dogs. We all have had the best time and the dogs enjoyed the freedom of the backyard.   • Our family recently stayed in the Beach Cottage and found it lovely and charming. It had everything we needed, from beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, cable TV to detergent for the in-house washer/dryer. The beach is wonderfully close and the cottage is conveniently located to everything we wanted to see, i.e., Busch Gardens, boating, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, etc. The five of us stayed comfortably, the new trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom was a perfect addition for our 4yo and 1yo. The single sleeper in the LR perfect for the 12yo who didn't want to share a room w/her 2 little siblings. Wonderful backyard w/outdoor shower and just an all around perfect set-up for a family with young children. We would definitely stay here again if we ever were to return to the area.

  • My daughter and I just returned from a relaxing week long stay at this cottage. From the moment we arrived, we felt so at home! It is clean and cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures. Debra was a gem! She really worked with our special requests to make our stay super comfortable. The outdoor shower was great, nice stretch of beach nearby and a lovely deck for evening star gazing and enjoying the warm gulf breezes. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The beach is just up the way, which allowed us to take a late night stroll. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Don't pack much, they have everything you need, even beach towels, umbrellas, fishing gear, you name it. Overall one of the best "home away from homes" we've stayed in.   • We have just returned from 2 months at this delightful beach cottage. We brought our dog and cat with us so the enclosed backyard,outdoor shower, screened lanai,washer/dryer/dishwasher (a treat!)were the perfect amenities for us. We hope to return for February and March for MANY YEARS!!!!

  • We just returned from a week long stay. We found everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer is ideal. We also enjoyed grilling on the back deck. The shower on the back deck is ideal and allows two people to shower at once, my kids preferred the outdoor shower. The beach is lovely, wonderful for swimming. We found loads of sand dollars and a dolphin swam up within 15 feet. We will definitely return for another trip.
