Whether you are looking for a custom Day Trip, Honeymoon Get-away, weekend trip or a week long stay or more, your desires are in reach. The house includes local phone, central air, TV, VCR w/ free movies, cable television, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer w/ soap, linens and cookware, etc. Bathrooms include toiletries as well as towels, 2 Gas grills, pool,and beautiful view. Waterfront 3 bedrooms 2 bath house sleeps 2-14. Everyone gets a hot shower, the house has an Insta-Hot Water Heater.

If you wish, we can help you custom plan your days and nights,let us help you take full advantage of our special piece of paradise. A boat and Captain are available, to swim with the manatees, enjoy an eco-tour or sunset cruise, and take advantage of some of the best fishing around!

We will customize your vacation package to accommodate your desires, budget, and service requirements including, grocery shopping, daily cleaning, and transportation for an additional fee. Maid service, meal preparation and rental cars are also available for an additional fee.

  • Convertible Bed: We have a trundle bed in the living room.

  • Dishwasher: Dishwasher was purchased in 2006 and is in good condition.

  • Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: All you can see from the backyard is water, trees and wildlife, and there are not even any lights to be seen at night.

  • House is equipped with an Insta-Hot Water Heater. Everyone gets a hot shower! New tile and carpet, new washer & dryer, all ammenities are updated. Dish & Laundry soap provided, Coffee/Sugar provided, and much more.

  • Pet Friendly: We know many people like to travel with their best friends!There is an additional charge for pets, as we need to clean the carpets after the pets leave.

  • Smoking Not Allowed: Please smoke outside or on the lanai with the inside doors closed. We deep clean after every guest departs.
