Our unit is a second floor end coach home designer furnished located in Pelican Sound Golf and River club.
Pelican Sound is a 27 hole golf community with 6 Har-Tru clay court tennis facility as well as a River Club with boat docks to the Estero River leading to the gulf. Also free boat shuttles daily to Lovers Key Beach.Nature lovers will enjoy walking the trails at Pelican Sound or the complimentary kayaks and canoe to explore the Estero River.
Membership transfer of $300.00 allows full use of golf and tennis and all amenities provided at the newly redecorated clubhouse-casual/formal dining, grill room, bar, golf proshop and men/ladies locker rooms. Enjoy the River Club with its sport TV`S and bar along with the fitness centre , spa and pool areas.
Our unit has a fabulous view of the 6th green on the Lakes course in Pelican Sound Golf and River condo is approximately 1700 squre feet . Master bedroom has a king bed with its own master ensuite bath and large walk in closets.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own bath. The den is furnished with a convertible sofa to sleep two.
The great room, kitchen and dinette are ceramic tiled for easy maintenance. The laundry room has washer and dryer for your use.
The lanai is accessible from the dinette,master bed and great room. Our building is located near the end of a quiet cul de sac.
Pelican Sound is a 5 minute drive from the new Coconut Point shopping mall / restaurants and close to Miromar Outlet mall.Fort Myers airport is only a 10 minute drive.
Naples is a 20 minute drive on U S 41. south for fabulous dining, shopping and cultural experiences.
