We had never been to Perdido Key and our weeks stay in this beautiful condo, right on the powdery white-sand beach, made our vacation extra special. The photos accurately depict the attractive décor. The condo is very spacious and you really can’t get a feel for just how large it is until you step inside and realize it runs the entire width of the building. The place is clean and well equipped – thanks for the use of your beach chairs. The views from the balcony and windows are phenomenal, even more breathtaking then the photos are able to show. We actually toured another condo that is for sale in the building and the views did not compare to this one. Our grandchildren enjoyed watching dolphin play from our third floor balcony. The pool area at the Palacio is very nice and roomy with easy beach access. When you are ready to sightsee don’t miss the Naval Aviation Museum – it’s free. Also, on most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings the Blue Angels practice at the Naval Base and you can go sit on bleachers and watch. Unfortunately, they were doing a show out of town during our stay. We also recommend a tour of the USS Alabama (a little over an hour away). If you want to see Dolphin up close, make a reservation with Skipper “J” cruises. We were able to get some fantastic pictures and the crew was very accommodating. For dinner – don’t miss Lulu’s, owned by Jimmy Buffett’s sister: the Shrimp Basket (check out their all-you-can-eat specials on certain nights), Bubba’s (loved their crab cakes), Vallarta (it is a Mexican Restaurant but they also offer seafood dishes) and the Crab Trap. Order the crab dip at the Crab Trap (Yum!) and then share an entrée – you will be full. Pizza from Bella Luna’s was good for lunch too. Our family highly recommends this outstanding condo with views you won’t soon forget. We give it 5 - stars. Thanks Jason & Terri.

Jason and Terri, The condo is great. Perfect location away from crowds-wonderful for walks along the pristine National Seashore! And what beautiful, expansive views from your big, comfortable unit.

Jason and Terri, Thanks very much for the use of your beautiful condo. The lovely decor, spaciousness, perfect location, and wonderful weather made it a great vacation. My family really enjoyed the tv's as well. It was truly hard coming home! We do plan on returning. Ya'll are also great to work with and have made it a pleasurable experience.

You are great "landlords" and we appreciate you for sharing your home with others. Your tv's are awesome...thanks for spending the "extra" money to get such nice electronics. Hello Jason & Terri, Thanks for a wonderful vacation in your lovely condo. My family was thrilled with the condo and its beautiful views of the gulf. We vacationed at your condo from 20-24 July 2009. We enjoyed many the benefits of your home. The condo is well furnished and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the wireless internet and wide range of channels and TVs available. When we were not enjoying the beach or the pool, we relaxed inside watching the Braves or surfing the net. Everything was great. Based on the pictures available on your site, we expected a nice place. However, when we walked inside, your condo exceeded our expectations. Our favorite things were morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beach and seeing the Blue Angels up close and personal. It was a wonderful vacation. We look forward to our next visit. Thanks very much for everything. You have a lovely place. It certainly made our vacation special.

Dear,Jason & Terri I need to tell other people about ya'll as owners.These wonderful people where so generious. In all words can say. I love the place so much. They have a wonderful layout of there place. A beauitful ,awsome view of the gulf it was worth every dime I spent. If I had any question on the condo, all I had to do was call them & my questions where answered.My whole family enjoyed there stay at there condo.We also had some Blue Angles visit us and couldn't believe the space they had in this condo.Ya'll gave us so many wonderful memories in the condo at the Palacio. I was so excited about the people that was so talkable this place is a wonderful family place. Everybody is very friendly. This is a family place for sure.If you need to ever stay in Florida Perdido Keys, is the place to stay. Placio.I would love to own one of these places one of these days. Because the people at these place are so family oriented. To Jason & Terri I want to come back next year. so bad around 07/04/2010 to 07/11/2010.PS. The reason your place was soooooooooooo clean my wife cleans houses for a living. And as you know a women that does that for a living see everything that is dirty & want's everything clean.Ha Ha I really didn't want to leave I could live here for ever. I really enjoyed our stay. 5-23 thru 5-30-09. This was a wonderful condo and a great place for a family vacation. We had 6 people, two couples and two 16 year old daughters. Lots to do for all ages! Loved going this early in the year. Weather was gorgeous. Comfortable beds and lots of beach equipment in the condo for use. Blessings!

Spent February 2009 in Perdido Key Condominium. We enjoyed the whole experience. The home was well appointed, clean and felt just like home. We quickly settled in and developed a daily routines; walking the beach, swimming in the lap pool and visiting nearby establishments, and entertainment facilities. The weather cooperated during our entire stay. Overall, The experience rates right up there with our favorite destination -Hawaii! Hope to visit again next year.

The condo was very clean, and has everything you would need! The beach is the best, even nicer than Hawaii! Condo is beach front, lots of sun on patio, nice work-out room and large hot tub right near pool area. Would go back again!

Our Beach trip was so much fun! The condo was very nice, and neat, it has a beautiful view, great pool, and is directly on the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation!

My family (3 adults & a 16 YOF) spent a week in this Condo in March 2008. We really enjoyed the condo and surrounding area. Great restaurants, museums & the gulf beach was really enjoyable. The condo was clean, very well furnished, everything worked perfectly. We really enjoyed watching DVDs on the flat screen TVs in the evenings - after a great meal in the area resaurants. The gulf beach was just beautiful and we enjoyed our time there too. We plan to return.
