The price is fantastic for a two bedroom w/full kitchen. Great location and easy to find. I highly recommend staying here if you want space and privacy. The owners/managers were very helpful and friendly. This place has everything you need!

Probably the best thing about this suite is the open living room area. The fire place (gas log) added warmth and atmosphere. The sofa and chair were comfy, but we found the mattress in the sofa (sleeper sofa) to be worn out, so we didn't use it. The dining table is large and has plenty of chairs (at least 6). The kitchen was nice in that it had a full-size stove, fridge, and microwave, all of which were clean. It also had a nice selection of cookware and eatery. The master bedroom had a king-sized bed, a dresser, and a large closet. The secondary bedroom was much smaller with a queen-size bed and a closet. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but after a long day of running around, we were too tired to care. The suite has two bathrooms, but the location of the smaller one (between the living area and kitchen) made it a bit awkward to use, so we didn't use it. The larger bathroom was clean and had plenty of storage space. Given that we have three kids who can get a bit rowdy, the suite was a good match for us. Bottom line, if you are going to Manitou Springs and have kids, I'd recommend staying here.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
