Just returned from an all too short week in Maui. The accommodations at K109 were very much as advertised - clean, relaxing, and well stocked. Much of the credit goes to Susan who really went out of her way to ensure that our experience was a positive one. She sent tips, extra information, and called to check on us after our arrival. Great beaches and snorkeling all just a short distance away. We'll definitely be back! Thanks!

My husband and I were very happy with our stay in this unit. The condo was decorated nicely, very clean, and surprisingly well stocked with items such as dish/laundry soaps, paper towels, etc. We enjoyed the privacy of the lanai, and the close proximity to the tropical pool. We would recommend this unit for a couple, possibly traveling with a third person. Maui Kamaole is a wonderful complex, in a great location in Kehei.

My husband and I stayed @ k109 for 30 days, Feb 27th -March 28th, 2012. We have just been home for a week and I wanted to thank Susan and Mark for the use of their lovely condo. It was really well stocked, very clean, and cozy. While we were there a new bed was delivered for the master bedroom which was much appreciated. Maui Kamaole is so wonderfully situated. It is so close to Kamaole beach park III, with it's grassy lawn, great for whale watching. We walked the length of Keawakapu beach most mornings or did the Wailea paved path to Polo Beach. While on Maui we took in a snorkeling cruise on the ALII NUI which was well worth it and we went sailing on the America II sailing boat, that was a real thrill ride! We have been to Maui many times but not for this long. We would highly recommend K109. Susan was exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to deal with, easily accessible by e-mail or by phone. Sadly we will not be going back to Maui next winter but maybe the next year!!! Mahalo again.

Met all our needs and more. Very tranquille location away from the road. We didn't hear any road noise. Had air conditioning but we really didn't need it. When you open the doors but leave the screens closed a very nice mountain breeze keeps the place nice and cool. Nice and quiet at night. Close to a very nice pool to. The room itself was very nice and it was equipped very well. Very clean. A very good value for the price. We'd definitely stay there again when we come back to Maui.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Maui Kamole. We stayed in K109. It felt like home away from home. The condo has everything you need from beach stuff, cooking utensils, cable, DVD player, and internet. The property is absolutely beautiful and maintained very nicely. We really enjoyed BBQ nights next to the pool. Kam II was our favorite beach. We will for sure be back!

We just returned from our trip from Maui (October 17th to the 28th) and wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful home and complex at Maui Kamole. We had a wonderful and relaxing time but with only five nights, we wish we could have stayed much longer. We split our trip to Maui in to two parts, staying another four nights at a different condo complex in Kaanapali. In comparison, while the other complex was much newer and maybe even an upgrade, we felt your home was much more relaxing and to our tastes. There were many more units in this other complex along with other nice upgrades but again we felt so much more at ease staying in your unit. The first night we were there in Kehei, the resident manager was chatting with another person and was just about to leave when we arrived. But he took the time to show both John and I how to obtain our keys and just a bit about the area. Without him there we would have had a myriad of problems, and kudos to him for getting us settled. (A mishap with the keys) Also, thanks to the staff at the front desk the next day who gave us some really great tips on Kehei With Kona coffee on the lanai each morning and usually breakfast as well, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the BBQ a few times by the swimming pool, that was very close and very convenient as well. The views were magnificent and spectacular from the complex to the ocean and the mountains! We enjoyed the paths through the complex and did a lot of walking to the beach and back. One day we splurged and ate lunch at Fred's and boy that was just delicious and tasty, would highly recommend it to any one! We drove a lot around the island and saw just how remarkable and beautiful the island of Maui is. Best wishes and hope to some day travel again to Maui. Aloha - Craig and John

This is the 3rd time we've stayed in this well-appointed unit, very close to the best beaches & restaurants of sunny south Maui. The grounds of this complex are immaculate & there is a pool just steps away from the unit's front door. The unit itself has two lanais, a very useful washer/dryer combo, all the kitchen appliances necessary for eating in, air conditioners in the front & back for those really hot, humid days, & plenty of beach equipment. Obviously, we love the unit & its prime location on the Kihel/Wailea border. We plan on returning in 2012.

Your condo in Maui made our honemoon stay absolutly wonderful!! You had plenty to offer from coolers, body boards, beach mats, and more, which we used almost every day. Each room seemed to be fully equipt with anything at all we may have needed. It truly felt like a home away from home! I would recommend your condos to anyone looking into taking a vacation to paradise. We look forward to coming back, hopefully to celebrate an anniversary. Thank you for everything. A very happy couple~

Our mid-year visit to Maui was the latest in the year we would normally be in Kihei, but we had nothing but wonderful sunny weather. The condo was well located in the project and as a "garden unit" had a quieter feel to it. It was a bonus have the assigned parking stall right next to the unit, we seemed to be in and out quite a bit and that helped. The unit was appointed as advertised and all property staff were very courteous and helpful. It was a well enjoyed treat to have stayed here. Thanks for that folks. Mahalo! Aloha! Brian 7/11.

This was our 6th stay at Maui Kamaole and K109 did not disappoint. It is a lovely decorated and very clean unit. Beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers were also available for our use. The kitchen was also well supplied. It is conveniently located steps from the tropical pool and very private which is exactly what we wanted. A really nice touch was Susan phoning us our first day to make sure all was in order. Thank you , we will definately be back!

Of all of the South Kihei / North Wailea Condos, Maui Kamaole has always been my favorite. And as a travel agent and former Island resident, I've been in many of them. What sets Maui Kamaole apart from many other properties is the low density site plan which results in a luxurious "sense of space"--you never feel crowded or confined. And whether you choose an amazing ocean view unit or a serene garden one, your privacy is always secure. The attention to detail in decor and supplies in this unit offers vacationers everything they might need and more! The owners are very proud of their condo and take pride in offering a pleasing designed and fully outfitted spacious unit for up to 4 people. You'll find State of the art Audio/Visual electronics, a completely stocked kitchen and a closet full of beach/pool gear. Being 6'4" tall, I was concerned about fitting on the queen bed, but it was not only amply sized, but very comfortable. Teh lanai table was used every morning, where we were always met by a family of grouse, and the beautiful dining table was used every evening for our fresh grilled fish dinners. The very comfortable lounge chair and sofa allowed us to "pass out" out in front of the flat screen TV after a full day of sun activities. Plus, there were great decorator touches everywhere I looked, some of which I only noticed on the last day of my week stay. The units location is most convenient-- just steps to the tropical garden pool and adjacent to 3 barbecues. The lanai faces a private lawn and arroyo, with lots of bouganvillea and torch ginger to delight the eye. So be assured that your vacation will be memorable and special if you choose this unit--Ours was.

We cannot say enough about our stay. The condo is immaculate, furnished with every possible need, all in new condition and at your fingertips. We had every confidence we would be delighted to be staying at this lovely accommodation during our second visit to Maui, and second visit. It is a pleasure to deal with the friendly and efficient owners to make these arrangements. We would definitely contact them in the event of another stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The grounds on the property were beautiful - probably the nicest in Kihei. The location of this unit was great as it was very near to the Tropical Pool which was by far the prettier setting of the two pools. The hot-tub was hot and powerful - just the way we like it. As the unit was farther from the main road, there was no traffic noise yet it only took us approximately 7 minutes to get to the beach. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything you could want or need either new or in good working condition. We definitely enjoyed the use of the boogie boards and cooler. After a busy day of touring and playing on the island, this unit was a pleasure to come 'home' to.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in November. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and we made good use of all of the "extras" available in the unit (chairs, picnic basket, coolers, pool toys, etc). The cross breeze with the doors at either side of the unit open meant we didn't even need the A/C. The front lanai is very private and surrounded by beautiful Maui greenery. The owner, was a pleasure to deal with. She provided us with tons of valuable information prior to our arrival. She responded to all of our questions and inquiries promptly. She even called us while we were there to check how we were doing! Would recommend without hesitation.

We've been visiting Maui for years, staying in various complexes via VRBO, and we found K-109 to be by far the nicest unit and the best complex we have stayed in. The upper pool area is special, made especially nice with areas of both sun and shade, topped off by the sounds of the waterfall. The condo itself is very private, very comfortable in all regards, and beautifully appointed. The grounds of Maui Kamaole are very well kept, and with the lush greenery, a great gas BBQ nearby, and the "secret garden" off the bedroom, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Many thanks, John and Val

We had a fabulous time and the complex was wonderful! Our condo was impeccably clean and fresh and comfortable - it was definitely our "home" while we were there! The listing description was completely accurate, and in fact the experience was even better! The photos were true representations of the unit and amenities. The owner was fabulous - ensuring we had all we needed before we arrived; calling to ensure all was okay after we arrived; and following up after we left to make sure we were satisfied. we have already recommended to friends! Must dine at Sorento's and the 5 Palms; snorkel at the Marine Reserve and drive Hana! Also check out the Arts Theater in Lahaina and Kahului! it was all spectacular!

This is our third time staying in the MK complex and our first in K109. Without hesitation I would recommend this unit. It is VERY clean, well maintained, nicely situated in the complex (one minute from the tropical pool, which closes at 9 p.m.), and overall a superb home base. Our 6 ft. son slept comfortably on the sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms were perfect for three adults. I particularly like the lay out of the unit as a long hallway allows for a spacious entranceway as well as provides a sound barrier between the bedroom and living room. A closed in deck (see unit photos) off the bedroom is delightful as is the lanai off the back end of the unit (very private and lush with landscaping). My husband and I WILL return, of that I am certain! The comments you read here as well as the pics on the website are 100% accurate and should re-assure the most discerning traveler that K109 is a solid vacation choice. Aloha and mahalo!

We spent an enjoyable week at K109 and found it to be a very clean, comfortable, and secure unit. The island-themed decor was just as described online and so were the lovely tropical outdoor gardens in the complex. It was handy to have a washer, dryer, safe, and a full kitchen at our disposal. We used one of the coolers when we drove the Road to Hana. Appreciated hearing from Susan soon after our arrival. We would recommend conveniently located K109 for a very pleasant stay in Kihei.

We are a family with 2 girls (9 and 7) and we stayed in K109 between Dec 21 and Dec 28, 2009. It truly felt like a home away from home for us. The unit is extremely well furnished, well kept and has various items that come in handy for a family (e.g. a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, coolers of various sizes, beach chairs and mats, 2 boogie boards, etc). The complex is lovely and a few steps away from the front door there is a very nice pool + spa with 2 barbecue grills. The location is also perfect: it's quiet but still a 5-10 min walk (through the complex gardens) from the Kamaole beach park, which offers great swimming / boogie boarding for the kids and a is a perfect place to watch the awesome Maui sunsets. If you're into snorkeling, you can drive a few minutes to the south and find a variety of excellent sites: Mokapu/Ulua, Wailea, Five Graves, Maluaka, Ahihi Cove, to name a few. We saw plenty of sealife, including a few turtles. Finally, if you take a laptop with you, the free internet connection in the unit is handy. So, to summarize, we recommend unit K109 without any restriction and we'll probably try to book it again when we return to Maui.

Susan and Mark show real pride in their condo and K109 reflects it. It is truly a great home base whether you prefer to stay close or come and go, it is lacking in nothing. Beautifully decorated in the island flavor, to the well equipped kitchen, to the beach accessories, to the private and quietness of the lanai. They really want you to have a relaxing vacation (in house safe and the washer and dryer are a bonus) This is our second visit back to Maui and K109. As soon as we turned the key in the door and entered we knew we were back at our "Maui Home" Susan has a Guest book and it provides tips, tours and restaurants that others guests have written about which is very helpful. A nice touch is Susan always follows up with a phone call to see if all is well. The Beach is a short scenic walk and is good for snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding and sunning. There is a playground for children located in the park. Bring your beach chair down or go for a walk in the evening and take in the spectacular Maui sunsets. The well maintained grounds and pools of the Maui Kamaole condo complex, to the friendly and helpful staff at the office and your "Maui Home" K109 are a place where memories will surely be made and will beckon you back again. Paradise! Thanks again Susan, Mark and Stephan and for staying in touch. Carol and Wayne, Orleans Ontario Canada

My friend and I stayed in K109 in April 2009. It was wonderful! The condo was more than we thought it would be. The pictures on here dont do it justice! The unit was spacious, perfectly clean, well stocked and had a relaxing feel to it. Beautifully decorated and everything you needed was there. Including laundry soap! The walk to the tropical pool was literally seconds. We used it daily. We loved driving the few minutes to the Wailea/Makena Beaches. So beautiful. Our favourite beach was Makena Beach, it was very quiet all the times we went, had full washrooms and showers for rinshing off sand and salt. A typical day we would spend 3-4hrs at the beach, then head back to the pool and lounge there. We ate twice at Fred's Mexican restaurant, great fajitas, walking distance from the condo. Make sure you sit on the patio. Other days we drove to Lahaina to shop, ziplined in Kaanapali (highly recommend it!) and drove the road to Hana. We also drove into the 'Iao Valley on our last day and was amazed with the breathtaking scenery. A beautiful look at the interior of the island. This condo was a great homebase for exploring the island and served as a quiet place to relax. When you get into the Hawaiian vacation mode, you need time to relax frequently! The complex was blissfully quiet and meticulously landscaped. There were so many trees and flowers I had never seen before! I also recommend the Old Lahaina Luau, especially if you are a first timer. They treat you wonderfully, complete with a fresh flower lei, tropical drink in your hand and bountiful buffet....all before the spectacular show began! If you choose to book this condo, you wont be disappointed :). I hope to return one day.

We just got back from staying one week in K109. The Maui Kamaole condo grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Susan and Mark have provided a wonderful condo with pretty much all the amenities that one could ask for. Just like K103 which we stayed in last year. K109 is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. We made regular use of the beach gear including boogie boards. And the coolers came in very handy as well. The air conditioning was very welcome but we turned it off when going to sleep as it was a little loud. But that was fine, as it was then cool enough and we know of the high cost of electricity on Maui. I also appreciated Susan calling us during our stay at K109 just to make sure everything was ok. I can highly recommend either of Susan & Mark's condos.

Susan & Mark ~Aloha!!! We are back in Virginia Beach and wanted to drop you a line regarding your beautiful home. Your condo of K109 exceeded our expectations! Your home is very spacious for a one bedroom unit and the gourmet kitchen was completed with plenty of tools for use! We enjoyed many mornings having coffee and fresh fruit on the lanai and many afternoons sipping wine listening to the tradewinds (Hawaiian AC) Your home is decorated lovely and we hope to replicate some of the design trends at our home here. Your condo is centrally located to many areas and away from the "timeshare row" of other parts of Maui. We loved the fact that we could walk to KAM III each evening to watch the sunset and feel like we were part of a huge family. The area of South Kihei is very convenient! Even for a quick snorkel off the beach at KAM III to be greeted by turtles :-D We want potential customers to know that we did receive the best communication and advice from you through out our planning process and HIGHLY recommend your home. We not only planned our vacation, but with your input and suggestions allowed us to plan a wonderful wedding in Hawaii as well. Our only regret is that we were not able to rent K103 for our teenage boys (it was already rented) However, your complex was very accommodating in recommending other units close by for the boys to rent. Your unit was large enough for us to host our reception dinner in with all 5 of us! We sincerely appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home away from home, and we hope that we can stay again for an anniversary(after the 3 teenage boys graduate from college) Much love and Mahalo! The photos on your site represented it very well, and the condition of everything was excellent. We were also impressed with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets, which made it very easy to cook up whatever we wanted. We really loved all the grounds, especially the upper pool. The whole facility is very well cared for by the staff at Maui Kamaole. K-109, a unit in the Maui Kamaole complex, is a VERY nice place to stay. Maui Kamaole can't be beat; we've seen nothing that compares. K-109 is absolutely gorgeous, very well equipped throughout, and has lots of stuff for the beach trips. The upper pool and your parking spot are only a few steps away. This is a large unit and can easily handle four people. The flat screens, Bose music, and Internet cable should not keep you from enjoying the beautiful grounds, pools, and nearby beaches.

We have just returned from spending two and a half weeks in K109 Maui Kamaole...wow is it a super condo!!! You know sometimes you look at the photos of condos offered and they look super and then when you get there, you shake your head and ask yourself, just when were those photos taken, like 20 years ago??? Well not with K109!!! It looks exactly as the photos show. It is a very well equipped condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is literally steps from the pool and the location is very quiet and private. Oh also there is a lovely beach just across the road with a lovely walking trail along the shore, really good for watching fabulous Maui sunsets. The condo is super clean. I really can't say enough positive things about it. Last year we were in Mark and Susan's other condo unit and it too was equally as nice. We are regular visitors to Maui so we know it well and have stayed in lots of condos there over the years. Mark and Susan's offer the best units for the best price that we have found. Next time we go back to Maui, we will for sure stay in one of their units. Book K109 with confidence, it is great.

I also had occasion to view other units in the complex and this by far had the most beautiful decor and was very comfortable. The washer/dryer combo was well used. I had a chance to check out some other units that friends were staying in and by far this one is the nicest!! I also loved how there are shops and restaurants near by too. It seems like you can get anywhere in about 5 minutes...and the beach is in walking distance, right across the street! I definetely recommend it!!

09/11/08 We just spent 9 glorious days in Kihei, Maui at Susan and Mark's condo, K-109. What a beautiful home away from home. It was very comfortable, clean and lacked absolutely nothing in the amenities. The courtyard off the bedroom and the lanai off the living room were private and quite. The location is close to the Kamaole beaches (loved boogie boarding), shopping and some great restaurants. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are great and the BBQ's are close by. We would HIGHLY recommend Susan and Mark's condo as somewhere to stay if visiting Maui. Thanks so much for all your recommendations, and your patience in answering our many questions. Staying at this condo was such a pleasant experience....it had all the comforts of home and we really appreciated all the personal touches that Susan and Mark included in our experience. (phone call to make sure everything was all right, all the additional information that a newbie tourist to Hawaii would find useful and especially the beach equipment!) The condo was spotless and had everything we were looking for and more! Thank you for your part in making this one of the best vacations ever! We plan on coming back to K103 in 2009!
Owner response: For other potential guests reading these comments I thought I'd point that you actually stayed in K103. Thank you so much for the nice comments Tanja, we enjoyed having you. Mahalo, Susan

K109 lives up to all the positive comments in this guestbook. It's beautifully decorated, very comfortable and extremely well equipped - we particularly appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs. As guests coming from outside of the US we found Susan very helpful - she accepts credit cards for payment (unlike some of the other condos) and she went out of her way to arrange with the condo front desk to just take a swipe of our credit card for the deposit, rather than us having to pay the deposit and then receive it back as a US dollars cheque, which you can't then cash if you don't have a US bank account! The position of the condo within the complex is great - very close to one of the pools (the nicer of the two in the complex in our opinion), but not so close that you're disturbed by noise from the pool (not that it was noisy when we were there). It's also away from the busy road, so is wonderfully peaceful. If we're ever lucky enough to come back to Hawaii again one day we'll definitely come back to K109.

Susan, We had a terrific time. 10 days turned out to be just about right. Since we went to the beach most days, we appreciated the close location to the south Maui beaches, particularly Kam 1 & Wailea. We made good use of your beach umbrella & beach chairs. We were glad we rented a lower-level unit so close to parking & the pool/hot tub combo. Should we return to Maui in three years for my 60th birthday, we would be happy to stay at your place again. My wife made good use of your kitchen & we enjoyed eating on the lanai outside the living room. We appreciated using the washer & dryer as well. Thanks for keeping in touch with us throughout the year to make sure everything went smoothly. Mahalo, Marc

If you are looking for an OUTSTANDING condo to rent in Maui.....look NO further!! This unit has EVERYTHING! The location is wonderful; close to upscale Wailea, near to the airport and Costco, in laid back Kihei, 5 minutes from the BEST snorkeling beach on Maui (Ulua), 2 minutes from amazing white sandy beaches, and the list goes on and on. Susan and Mark's unit is all that you could ask for and more. Surround sound, Hawaiian CD's, new HD flat screen TV's, a library of books, beautiful art work and furniture, washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys and umbrella, amazing pool right outside the door, manicured grounds, parking extremely close to unit, and a totally stocked kitchen. There is even a SAFE for your valuables (held 2 laptops, jewelry and there was still room for more). You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED in this condo!! Thanks for everything, Susan and Mark.

K109 is absolutely fabulous! My fiance and I just returned from a ten day stay there and we did not want to leave! Private, peaceful, quiet, and serene are just a few words to describe this unit and its particular location within the Maui Kamaole complex. Adjacent to the beautiful beaches and upscale community of Wailea, Maui Kamaole and K109 are a fantastic value, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. (Much nicer than the nearby property Kamaole Sands.) The owners, Mark and Susan Simpson, have taken obvious pride in their "home away from home" and they are dedicated to making sure your Maui vacation is everything you've dreamed of....From the beautiful island decor and Hawaiian wall art, to the comfy, cozy furnishings, and beach necessities, not to mention the tropical pool and waterfall a few steps outside the front door, you will find everything you need in K109. We can't wait to go back!

Let me begin with Hawaii wasn't on my top 10 list to visit, but it's now on my top 5 list to return to, and only if I can return to K-109. We have always stayed in a hotel, or at an all-inclusive. this was our first stay anywhere, renting a condo. This one "felt" like home! Beautiful decore, comfy cozy, and close to everything. It was clean, and well looked after. It was one of the best ones there. There were 6 other couples staying at this condo complexe, and we organized a condo crawl (a drink at everyones condo). By far, this was the nicest. You can tell that the owners look after this property. We did a snorkel trip, and we have to recommend Blue Water Rafting, but make sure you request Brad and Deven(the Dog!). They were funny, accomodating, and made for some of the best ambassadors that we ran into on the Island. If you have never snorkeled, this is the place to try it, georgous! Okay back to the K109 condo, and relax...... aaaahhhh. Believe me after a day on the beach, snorkleing, out touring around, you want to come bck to a place you can kick back and put your feet up. Right outside your front door, 15 steps to the right, you are at the pool. You have to love it. If you are looking at renting this beautiful little get away, take it from two people that weren't sure they could believe the website pictures, you get exactly what you see, and it will feel like home for you too.

We just returned from 10 days in Maui where we stayed at Susan and Mark's condo. The condo was great. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It was private but close to the pool and hot tub. We were very comfortable and didn't want to leave! Susan was great to deal with and we would definitely recommend this condo to others.

5/23/08 We just returned from spending a week in Susan's condo and we couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was well stocked and beautifully decorated. We rented another condo in the same complex on a previous visit to Maui and found Susan's condo to be just as nice for a more reasonable price. Susan could not have been more attentive and was easy to contact when we had a question . A big plus for us was that the condo is located right across from the boat dock which is the departure point for many of the dive boats. The condo is also very close to the best beaches on Maui. When we return to Maui we will definitely consider renting this condo again. Carol and Frank Duke

We absolutely loved the condo. The location next to the amazing pool is great. The condo is fantastic, everything we needed to relax and cook great meals was there. We had nearly every meal on the lanai which was nice and private. The beach gear in the closet was a nice feature. We can't wait to return and we'll definitely stay at Maui Kamaole again, hopefully at Mark & Susan's condo!!

Just returned about a week ago from almost 2 weeks in K109. We had a fantastic time and have nothing negative to say about this unit. We have stayed in several other condos in the Kihei area and this is the only one we have been to that we will try to get in again. Condo was very well supplied. Great location. Very close to the upper (nicer) pool. Minutes from several nice beaches. Even watched the sunset from within the complex when we didn't feel like going to the beach. This was our first experience dealing directly with an owner and Susan was a pleasure to work with. No complaints at all regarding any aspect of our VRBO experience.

We just returned home to Lincoln from Maui...we were sad to leave such a beautiful place and such a great condo. We have stayed at this property before but this condo was by far our favorite. It's comfortable, very nicely decorated and very clean. There wasn't anything we needed, it was all there! Mark, my husband loved the TV (thanks, now he'll be wanting one). Susan your call to us was very much appreciated, it goes to show you care about the comfort of your guests! Mahalo for everything!

We just returned home from spending a glorious week in Mark and Susan's condo. It far exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The two outdoor seating areas were very enjoyable and easy access to the tropical pool was great. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, private condo with reasonable rates.

Staying at Susan's and Mark;s condo was extremely pleasant. We been in Maui Kamaole apartment complex several times and we can say that we liked this one the most. All the amenities, the surroundings and the overall atmosphere were great. Condo is spacious, having all we expected to enjoy our stay including the beach gear (which we greatly appreciate). When we get back to Maui we will definitely get back to K109.

This condo made our vacation all the more memorable. What a great place to unwind and relax. It had all the comforts of home - fully stocked kitchen, things for the beach, washer/dryer. By cooking in the condo, we were able to spend our money on other activities, e.g. dinner cruise, snorkeling excursion. It was also nice to see the birds hang outside the lanai. What an overall experience!

What a beautiful condo and a perfect location. Short drive to the beaches at Kiheh. We have two teenagers and the pull-out bed work well. Lovely pool right outside our door. The beach equipment was a great extra, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella. Our first experience in Maui and the owners gave us everything they promised!
