This gorgeous, Non-Smoking unit has direct beach access to San Diego Mission Bay and a magnificent easterly view of an early morning sunrise, a mid-day view of all the boats of the Mission Bay Yacht Club, and during the summer months an evening view of the awesome Sea World fireworks.
Just one block to the west, you will come upon the chaotic activity of Oceanfront Walk with its many walkers, joggers, roller-bladers, cyclists, and others all scrambling to stay out of the way of each other. You will also find the roaring waves of the Pacific Ocean and a wide expansive beach. Also, just two to three blocks to the south, the Mission Beach roller coaster waits for you - a snappy two minute ride on one of the oldest roller coasters around.
This vacation home is one level and on the ground floor with a 50’ wide patio right on Bayside Walk and is ideally suited for a large group gathering or just sitting and enjoying fabulous people watching. The home is quite spacious with approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, can opener, mixer, etc., new granite countertops and new cabinets. There is also a cabinet full of spices for you to use. The living area has a new 42" LCD TV and a new DVD/CD player with over 30 DVDs to choose from. Each bedroom has its own bath and is totally separate from the other, providing total privacy. (Ideal for two couples sharing the unit) All rooms are quite spacious with each bedroom large enough to accommodate a children’s crib if necessary. Each bedroom also has its own smaller TV. One very large covered parking space is available behind the building. Guest parking is available on El Carmel just 5 buildings to the north. Guaranteed to be one of the cleanest, most spacious 2 Br unit in Mission Beach.
All linens are furnished - you need to just come and bring your bathing suit. Everything else is here (well almost everything). Neither pets nor smoking are allowed.

My family of four, including two teenage boys, had a very relaxing week here. With a bike path right outside the patio gate and room to store a rented kayak, we were set. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and functional, with tile floors (it's the beach, after all), a well stocked kitchen, and room for everything. We were extremely comfortable. Our goal was to avoid driving as much as possible, and we accomplished that. Our family has always loved MB and this trip created an excellant finish to a hectic summer. The owner Tom was most helpful and courteous. We hope to return next year!!

I had an absolutely wonderful week in "paradise" at this condo in Mission Bay. the accomodations were superb/ very clean and well maintained. the location was perfect./customer service from the owners couldn't have been better.. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of vacation spots and would definitely recommend it highly to anyone!!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family gathering - with children and grandchildren from Arizona, Colorado, Northern California and Pasadena. The location is perfect - everything that you need or is worth doing is within walking distance. The condo itself is beautiful, immaculate, and has every imaginable convenience. We all have wonderful memories of long walks and bicycle rides, running on the beach, sailing and kayaking on the bay and beautiful evenings of food and fun on the large patio overlooking the water. We all hope to get there again - the sooner the better!!

This condo was the perfect place for our family to have an enjoyable week in San Diego. Our 15 month old daughter loved the bay side beach as well as the easy to walk to ocean beach. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen was available as well as a very nice grill for barbecuing. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

My family and I just wrapped up a week long stay in this lovely beach condo. First and foremost, it was gorgeous and in such a great location. The condo was extremely well stocked with not only the items you would expect, but all the extras as well. The living area was very spacious and well stocked with a great flat screen TV, dvd's and cd's. The kitchen was nice with granite counter tops and very nice appliances. The master bedroom was huge and had a sliding door that lead right out to the patio and beach area. The second bedroom was a great size as well. We rarely left the condo at all and found the location and proximity to every thing so convenient. There is even a very convenient parking lot close by so friends that came to visit didn't search high and low for beach parking. The bay was such a beautiful view and we were only two blocks away from the beach side (waves). My one year old loved both, but especially loved walking from the patio out to the sand to play. I would highly recommend this condo! We would love to stay again!
