Deluxe 2-floor penthouse-level beachfront condominium on the Amelia Island Plantation. This spacious (1950 sq. ft.) and well-equipped condominium has two oceanfront decks/balconies, a large and airy oceanview master bedroom, and spectacular views of a long and wide sandy beach and the Atlantic ocean. It's just an elevator ride and a short walk across a boardwalk to the beach.

There is access to golf, tennis, fishing, fitness, spa, biking, shopping, sightseeing, many good restaurants and everything else needed for an outstanding vacation. For an extra amenity fee, you can have direct access to Amelia Island Plantation's world-class golf, tennis and fitness facilities.

Other Amenities	Property has a wet bar. Property is located in the Turtle Dunes condominium complex on the south end of Amelia Island, on the Amelia Island Plantation. For a daily amenity fee, guests have access to high-quality AIP golf (54 holes), tennis (home of Bausch & Lomb WTA tournament), fitness and other facilities. AIP restaurants, shops and spa are open to the public. There are several good golf, tennis and fitness facilities that are available off the AIP premises and are open to the public. Fernandina Beach (nice tourist town with historical district) is 15 minutes by car. Jacksonville is 45 minutes by car, St. Augustine is 1.25 hours by car.
