Your family will love the awesome views of beach, water and sunsets at this spacious (3000 SQUARE FEET) townhome on Scenic Gulf Drive. We are in the perfect location, just east of "Destiny-by-the-Sea". Close to all of Destin's great attractions. Directly on the water, you will step off of the deck onto an uncrowded private beach and the crystal clear emerald water of the Gulf.

This outstanding townhome has a queen bed in the master bedroom with a walk in closet and jacuzzi. There is a full bed and a twin in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom and a bunk room with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There are also two sleeper sofas. We have two full kitchens, one on the main level and one on the beach level. There is also a second living room with large TV/DVD/VCR at beach level off of the Main deck. There is a second full sized washer and dryer downstairs and separate AC unit.
There are three large lighted decks, a large stainless steel gas grill with an extra tank of propane, outdoor shower and tables, lounges and deck chairs for everyone. We also have a separate, private entrance on the side of the house directly to the main deck and the beach, for bringing down beach toys, rafts etc. without having to go through the house.
Each room has a large TV with DVD/VCR. We have WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET, Video game console and a notebook highlighting all the Destin and nearby attractions and restaurants with directions, menus and brochures.
Our townhome is one of the few places that has a view of the beach and water that is completely unobstructed by any railings as shown. You can seat 14 people in the main room or on the deck for a sit down meal.

  • There is an outdoor shower on the deck. The downstairs can serve as an independent apartment by itself. It has a kitchen with complete full sized appliances ( a second full sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, a second coffee maker, blender, toaster complete set of dishes, silver and utencils all on the beach level. There is also a comfortable second living room with large TV/VCR/DVD. A full bathroom, a second full sized washer and dryer and the third and fourth bedrooms. We also provide beach towels for your convenience and plenty of deck chairs and lounges for comfortably enjoying the deck and ocean breezes. The large stainless steel gas grill will cook delicious fare on the huge deck.

  • We stayed at this beautiful townhome on the beach in July. We booked the townhome at the last minute due to someone else who canceled. This townhome was beautiful, 3 floors, directly on the beach. Everything was included. It was a wonderful experience. Wee stayed for one week with another family and still had plenty of room for more guests. We will definitly return here again. It was a pleasent, relaxing vacation. The kids had a ball on the beach and really enjoyed having their own floor. We put the kids downstairs and we had the upstairs. Really enjoyed your townhome. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. We will return !

  • Our family met at this outstanding townhome for a long overdue reunion and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting. This is the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen--including Aruba which I thought was unbeatable. It seems the owners have thought of everything to make your stay very special. The location, wonderful private beach, marvelously maintained townhome, and owner's attention to detail make this the best vacation rental I have ever experienced.

  • Our family stayed at this condo along with 2 other families. We had a great time and had plenty of room for all 3 families. The deck is huge and leads right onto the beautiful sugar white beach. It was really nice being on a private beach that was right outside the back door! The condo itself is huge with kitchens on two floors. This made it very nice for multiple families and also made it easy and fun for everyone to eat on the deck during one of our days on the beach. The back of condo, facing the beach, is almost all glass so we had a beautiful view the entire time. White sand and emerald green water make a beautiful backdrop to the living areas that we spent time in. There was no shortage of cable televisions, dvd/vcr, and wireless internet for those who wanted it when we weren't on the beach. The private side entrance was great for bring down the kids beach toys and rafts without going through the house. The condo is close to great restaurants and shopping as well. We had a great time and we will be back.

  • I would recommend this condo with out a doubt. We had a party of 15 (ages from 71 to 3 years old) and we had no problem with space. The condo has been kept in fantastic condition and the view is amazing. The main deck was huge and had lots of table and chairs and the gas grill made cook outs easy and just walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The deck off the master bedroom was great for sitting in the morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins. This section of the beach was not crowded. We would take some beach chairs the umbrella and the kids toys down to the edge of the beach every morning and leave them for the day and we would come and go. The best part is you did not have to take everything back in if you wanted a break for the afternoon. This condo had everything you would need and then some. We were close enough to restaurants and stores but were not right on top of them. Our family will be planning another trip and plan on renting this unit again.
