    Our family had a fabulous time enjoying the condo, the view and the private beach. The Condo had so much stuff we did not even use our beach stuff that we took with us. Beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, great beach towels, etc. We mainly used the kitchen upstairs but it had plenty of dishes and silverware so we were not washing dishes all the time. The private beach was terrific! It was crowded in Destin but not on this beach. We also very much enjoyed the huge deck with lounge chairs for sunning and a high top table for enjoying the view with morning coffee or watching the sun set. I could have lived on the deck; it’s so close to the beach that you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. It even had an outside shower on the deck. The WiFi was a feature to entertain and for my husband to check into work when he needed to. It was a terrific place and we enjoyed it greatly.

    We stayed here for 7 days and never had any proublems. The private beach made it easy to keep track of the little ones as aposed to a crowded public beach where after a while all the kids start looking the same.We stayed with 4 of my freinds and their families and we had plenty of room.Jean does a great job of supplying the house and she is so easy to get along with.The town was great and very easy to get around.We where there in the off season but there is still plenty of things to see and do.I wil recommend this to every one.Spend the money and take the Sea Blaster cruise.The Shed and Hogs Breath has great BBQ and you can spend time on the Harbor Walk shopping.But at the end of the day its all about the sugar white sand and the crystal clear water right off the deck.I had more fun watching my wife and my daughter (9yr) exsplore the beach.If shells are what your after you can head to Ft walton beach about 15 min drive west.As soon as you cross the bridge on the left ,dunes start up and 1 mile or so there is a public access on the left side of the road.Park there and then you have to walk to the beach.Turn to the right and walk down the beach 200 yrds.Very nice shells wash up with every wave.We will have to make this trip an anual thing.Keep you eyes on the water around 7:30( am) ish for the dolphins. loved it and we will be back!

    We had a fantastic time staying at Green Reef. The townhouse was very well furnished having everything imaginable. The location was perfect. Right ON the beautiful, white beach which was very private. We had 11 in our party, 6 adults and 5 children, and had plenty of room. Jean was excellent to deal with. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a terrific time.

    We stayed for a week and it was AWESOME...This house had everything you needed from baby cribs, high chairs, floats, beach toys for the kids and even spices to cook with. I can say there were no drawbacks our any misses by the owners they thought of everything. There is so much space that my son wanted to sleep in a different bed everynight. You will not feel cramped in the 3 levels . The private beach was the BEST, We have stayed in resorts where people were laying on top of people but not here its you and the other guests of the condos...You really have the beach to yourself and can just run into the condo if you need anything and leave your stuff out on the beach....You will love this place and we will be back for many years to come ..Thanks for the memories..LOVED IT

    We had a wonderful experience. The home was exactly as listed. We had 9 people in our group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bottom level was like a separate apartment. The deck is right on the beach which is a private beach. The home was in excellent condition. The only thing we needed to purchase were groceries. Jean is wonderful to work with. We have already set up a return trip for next spring. I highly recommend!

    American poet e. e. cumings wrote "For whatever we lose (like a you or a me)/it's always ourselves we find in the sea.” It was in the inviting environs of the Green Reef, in the beautiful, sunbaked, blanched beaches of Destin, in the azure colored Gulf, that I found myself again. Green Reef and its beautiful beaches far exceeded my expectations. Immaculately clean, gratuitous with comfortable beds, expansive couches, and friendly games, Green Reef sets the standards for its genre. I will never forget, will always treasure, my time at Green Reef. I "came home with a smooth round stone/as small as a world and as large as alone."

    The owner is absolutely wonderful and the property just as beautiful as in the pictures. With small children it was SO nice to be RIGHT ON the beach and not have to lug all the towels/toys, etc. in the car or across a street - the ease of going to/from the beach made things much more relaxed. The water sprayer on the deck to rinse off the sand is conveniently placed and kept 'the mess' outside instead of being tracked inside (when staying at other places we've had to deal with sand getting everywhere - in the car, on the floors, etc.) It was so nice if someone wanted to go in and take a nap, we didn't have to pack everything up and stay all together - we could come and go as we pleased to suit everyone. The space is large enough to have my whole family stay there - uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents - it was a perfect getaway for just my family of 4 or the whole family of 18 and the kids loved being able to all stay together comfortably in one place. Everything is always immaculately clean and neat - we've been spoiled - we don't want to stay anywhere else anymore! :) We will definitely go back again and again. It's convenient to great restaurants and shopping and will be a great vacation spot for our family from the baby years to the adult years. I can't wait to go back!!! I can't recommend this relaxing oasis highly enough - you can't find a better owner that takes care of every detail like Jean does - and I feel like we're at our home away from home when vacationing here because of how nice, comfortable and easy it is to relax here (unlike some other places we've stayed that things just weren't maintained or laid out well for ease of use and practicality). Thank you so much - we enjoyed a very MUCH needed getaway from our fast-paced, hectic everyday life! :)

    This place was just relaxing, convenient and very beach accessible. We went as a large group of close friends and loved every day of it, The water was clear, we had our own private beach area right behind the house. The fact that it is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, and even wi-fi was great! Plenty of room to cook, eat, dance, and even cookout. My only regret was leaving, I am thinking this place will probably be an annual visit. The manager is also a very sweet lady. Thank You again

    We stayed here in July and it was great, beach was not overcrowded because it's private, water was great and townhouse was great. It had everything we needed. Lots of space and everything close by.

    We stayed at this beautiful townhome on the beach in July. We booked the townhome at the last minute due to someone else who canceled. This townhome was beautiful, 3 floors, directly on the beach. Everything was included. It was a wonderful experience. Wee stayed for one week with another family and still had plenty of room for more guests. We will definitly return here again. It was a pleasent, relaxing vacation. The kids had a ball on the beach and really enjoyed having their own floor. We put the kids downstairs and we had the upstairs. Really enjoyed your townhome. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. We will return !

    Our family met at this outstanding townhome for a long overdue reunion and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting. This is the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen--including Aruba which I thought was unbeatable. It seems the owners have thought of everything to make your stay very special. The location, wonderful private beach, marvelously maintained townhome, and owner's attention to detail make this the best vacation rental I have ever experienced.

    Our family stayed at this condo along with 2 other families. We had a great time and had plenty of room for all 3 families. The deck is huge and leads right onto the beautiful sugar white beach. It was really nice being on a private beach that was right outside the back door! The condo itself is huge with kitchens on two floors. This made it very nice for multiple families and also made it easy and fun for everyone to eat on the deck during one of our days on the beach. The back of condo, facing the beach, is almost all glass so we had a beautiful view the entire time. White sand and emerald green water make a beautiful backdrop to the living areas that we spent time in. There was no shortage of cable televisions, dvd/vcr, and wireless internet for those who wanted it when we weren't on the beach. The private side entrance was great for bring down the kids beach toys and rafts without going through the house. The condo is close to great restaurants and shopping as well. We had a great time and we will be back.

    I would recommend this condo with out a doubt. We had a party of 15 (ages from 71 to 3 years old) and we had no problem with space. The condo has been kept in fantastic condition and the view is amazing. The main deck was huge and had lots of table and chairs and the gas grill made cook outs easy and just walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The deck off the master bedroom was great for sitting in the morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins. This section of the beach was not crowded. We would take some beach chairs the umbrella and the kids toys down to the edge of the beach every morning and leave them for the day and we would come and go. The best part is you did not have to take everything back in if you wanted a break for the afternoon. This condo had everything you would need and then some. We were close enough to restaurants and stores but were not right on top of them. Our family will be planning another trip and plan on renting this unit again.
