Dining room and kitchen both open up to the great room and views of Grandezza’s championship golf course's 9th fairway/green and Mediterranean style clubhouse just beyond. Our neighborhood, Sabal Palm, is one of the nine beautifully landscaped neighborhoods within the community of Grandezza. The neighborhood pool is located just steps from our door and a large clubhouse resort style pool, tennis courts and cabana are within walking distance.

Enjoy cocktails and casual dining on the screened lanai as you watch the golfers pass during the day and take in the beautiful Florida sunsets at dusk.

Conveniently located at Exit 123 and 1-75 between Fort Myers and Naples -an easy 10 minute trip to the Fort Myers airport. Walking distance to the Miromar Outlet Malls, Germain Arena (concerts & sporting event venue), Public grocery & retail plaza including dining.

We are not able to get away to our vacation home as much as we would like and invite you to enjoy a little bit of Paradise in SW Florida....the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are a short drive. Enjoy!

  • I recently enjoyed 2 glorious weeks with my children and grandchild at your condo. It is everything you have described! The pools were great for the littlest one yet allowed us all to be together. The larger pool area gave us space to spread out. The golf course was wonderful, the landscaping well developed and beautiful. We enjoyed many delicious meals at the club house, appreciated the easy access to the fitness facility and the grand lobby for quiet relaxation. Your condo however was not only beautifully decorated, it felt warm and home-like. All the furniture is comfortable and the decor is some of the best I have ever seen, looks professionally done. We all slept well as the evenings were quiet and peaceful, and the guest room/wing off the foyer gave my adult daughter and spouse the privacy of their own place. You have used your space beautifully and the lay-out is spacious w/the wall of sliding glass doors to your outdoor room. We loved the easy access for shopping, movies, eating out, trips to the ocean and the quick drive to and from the air-port. You have really picked the perfect location for family fun! Thank you to the owners for being so friendly and accomidating, and easy to work with. We are already looking forward to our 2 wks. (already booked) next year.

  • A first class gated community....a beautifully decorated first floor condo right on the golf course...fabulous location near airport...owners very accomodating...will return next season!
