The new Walmart with its expanded grocery store is a 5 minute car ride (or golf cart ride) away and the Library is nearby along with the Laurel Manor Recreation Center a 5 minute ride by golf cart plus many more shops and restaurants/fast food establishments. Eight (9) nearby championship courses and over 25 Executive Golf courses will keep you playing every day if you choose. The many nearby recreation centers offer over 500 activities per month to keep everyone busy, entertained, and having fun.
The optional Resident Pass ($50) will allow you to play the executive courses for free and at a reduced fee on the championship courses. This pass will also give you access to all resident only recreation centers, Katie Bells/The Cattle Barron restaurants (for residents only), and reduced rates at the nearby movie theatres--basically live as the residents do!
