Our condominium resides in a very young, vibrant 55 plus community, minutes away from beaches. The condo is fully furnished; the kitchen is fully remodeled with all new appliances. The screened in porch adjoins the bedroom and is perfect for that morning cup of coffee before you start your day. All you need to do is bring your bathing suit and enjoy!

Pierpoint area is nice..this condo is not close to the river..it was very convenient to shopping and dining,but for the price,furnishings were a little outdated--the kitchen was nicely remodeled, but needs some additional utensils, pots and pans as SOME renters DO cook occasionally..my husband did enjoy the workout room...also does not have any Internet connection in condo.Owner response: Dear Vickie & Ross: Thank you for your review. We have been renting our condo for 9 years now and this is the first time we have received any comments that were less than superb. Below is a response to your concerns: The condo is in a water front community and is literally a 2 minute walk to the water The pictures on the rental site are accurate in regard to the furnishings The kitchen is very well stocked but we are replacing some of the frying pans this season as they seem "worn" Dial up for internet service is available and we are happy to work with any renter to have that available to them.
