Beautifully renovated and redecorated 4th floor unit in Seabridge North Condominiums, located in an exclusively residential section of Ormond-By-The-Sea. The unit is one of only a few 3 bedroom/2 bath units in the complex.
Relax in the large great room (family-dining-kitchen) area and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach where you can watch windsurfers, fishermen, or perhaps even a manatee or dolphin. The spacious dining/kitchen area seats six to nine people. The balcony is the perfect place to catch the sunrise or read a good book as the Atlantic Ocean breezes lull your cares away!

Everything about this condo was first class. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable, we could go on forever!!We were fortunate enough to stay in the area last year so we knew we wanted to go back this year and it was great. The communication with the owner leading upto and since our visit has been excellent and we couldn't fault the way he replied to our questions by email as soon as he possibly could. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike, we would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and should we decide to stay in the area again, this will be the condo we would love to stay in. An excellent location for the racing at Daytona and a beautiful place to enjoy the Atlantic Coast.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Mike, Your condo was just perfect. We had a wonderful time. The view from the condo was amazing. We stayed at a house in Palm Coast last year and was very disappointed. Mike, Your condo was very clean, spacious and offered us just what we needed. It is a pleasure to find a unit that is what it is claimed to be. This one met all our expectations. A sea turtle actually came ashore and nested directly in front of the condo while we were there. We didn't get to see the turtla but saw the tracks and nest the next morning. This has made our list of places to revisit on our next trip to Ormond Beach. Thank you for the use of your condo.

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo is spotless clean. It is very practical and spacious. The balcony offers an amazing breath taking view to the beach. Watching the sunrise and dolphins was great. I think I found my new hide away. Thanks for the pleasurable experience.

We stayed in this condo in July and were very pleased. The condo is relatively large and the view of the ocean from the condo is great. It is not directly on the beach but the walk across the street was not a problem. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves most of the time we were there, which was very nice. from the The location is quiet and away Daytona traffic but a convient drive to shopping and eating. The neighborhood and surrounding community is cute and very peaceful. The section of beach the condo is located on is not white sand, but there were lots of oppertunities to collect shells and see crab. I think anyone that stays in this condo will be pleased with what it has to offer.
