Beautifully renovated and redecorated 4th floor unit in Seabridge North Condominiums, located in an exclusively residential section of Ormond-By-The-Sea. The unit is one of only a few 3 bedroom/2 bath units in the complex.

Relax in the large great room (family-dining-kitchen) area and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach where you can watch windsurfers, fishermen, or perhaps even a manatee or dolphin. The spacious dining/kitchen area seats six to nine people. The balcony is the perfect place to catch the sunrise or read a good book as the Atlantic Ocean breezes lull your cares away!

Take a dip in the pool or stroll leisurely just steps away to the natural, no-drive coral-sand beach. Lie in the warm sand, swim and splash in the surf or walk for miles in either direction enjoying the sound of the crashing waves. Abundant shelling and fishing opportunities await you.

If biking, running or walking in the early morning or late afternoon is appealing, a wide sidewalk runs along the beach down AIA for five miles. End the day with a casual or fine-dining experience at one of the many local or national chain restaurants just minutes away.

Should you choose to venture away for a day from this barrier-island paradise, there is plenty to see within a 1.0 to 1.5 hour driving distance in the quaint and historical city of St. Augustine, Orlando and it's world-renowned theme parks, Kennedy Space Center and of course the Daytona Beach International Speedway attractions.

  • Mike, Your condo was very clean, spacious and offered us just what we needed. It is a pleasure to find a unit that is what it is claimed to be. This one met all our expectations. A sea turtle actually came ashore and nested directly in front of the condo while we were there. We didn't get to see the turtla but saw the tracks and nest the next morning. This has made our list of places to revisit on our next trip to Ormond Beach. Thank you for the use of your condo.

  • We stayed in this condo in July and were very pleased. The condo is relatively large and the view of the ocean from the condo is great. It is not directly on the beach but the walk across the street was not a problem. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves most of the time we were there, which was very nice. from the The location is quiet and away Daytona traffic but a convient drive to shopping and eating. The neighborhood and surrounding community is cute and very peaceful. The section of beach the condo is located on is not white sand, but there were lots of oppertunities to collect shells and see crab. I think anyone that stays in this condo will be pleased with what it has to offer.
