About this property

The house is set in a 2500 m2 garden area with stunning views, providing days of tranquility and privacy. It is just meters from a takeaway restaurant and a supermarket in the village of Lavre.

Ground floor of the house: 1 living room with fireplace, 1 kitchen equipped kitchenette and dishwasher included, 1 double bedroom suite, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 full bathroom.
Upper floor of the house: 1 living room with tiled stove, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two beds, one single and one double (both air-conditioned bedrooms). There is 1 bathroom on this floor.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are included.

Outside there is a barbecue area and a porch where you can enjoy alfresco dining while enjoying the Alentejo landscape, as well as the 10x5 m swimming pool where you can cool off on warmer days.

It also has a poolside bathroom with outdoor shower, sun loungers and a 2-car garage with direct access to the house.

Une belle semaine de vacances ...

Endroit idéal pour passer une excellente semaine de vacances au calme et proche de points de visite. Maison très bien équipée, très propre, avec une belle piscine. Le contact avec Térésa et sa fille est très agréable.

Une maison avec un environnement très agréable au-delà de nos attentes. Une hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute des questions que l'on peut se poser. Rien ne manque. Très bien situé pour visiter l'Alentejo, dans un petit village calme et reposant avec des habitants charmants. Et puis cette piscine qui vous accueille le soir après la visite de la journée. Séjour très agréable. Merci à notre Hôte.

Location exemplaire!

Nous sommes ravis du séjour passé dans cette maison très bien équipée. Le fait de traiter directement avec la propriétaire est très confortable, l'accueil était formidable (des petites attentions qui montrent un beau savoir-vivre).

Très bon séjour !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cette maison située dans un village typique du centre du Portugal. La propriétaire et sa fille sont très accueillantes et disponibles, la maison est très bien équipée avec une vue panoramique magnifique.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison !

Très jolie maison, agréable et tellement facile à vivre. Très confortable, grande propreté, très bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur que sur la terrasse et dans le jardin ( nombreux transats, superbe piscine très bien entretenue...). L'environnement est calme, en bordure du village avec petit supermarché, bar/restaurant à 10mn à pied. La région est magnifique. Nombreuses visites dans un rayon de 30mn à 1h30 de la maison, dont Lisbonne. Le climat en Août est très agréable : chaleur dans la journée et nuit fraîche. Maison équipée de moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres et clim pour les chambres de l'étage. Un très grand merci à la charmante propriétaire Teresa et sa fille Sofia pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité pendant notre séjour. Bref, séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé de super vacances :)
