Comes complete with all linens, dishes and appliances. The house is across the street from #3 golf course in a quiet established neighbourhood. Free access to the neighbourgood pool (after registration). Also, Carolina pool and Beach club available for a small fee of $5.oo p/p per day.

Why the Owner Chose Pinehurst
Being golf and tennis enthusiasts we were bound to visit Pinehurst one day and when we did, it was "love at first sight". The combination of the New England architecture and the southern hospitality was so charming,we temporarily lost our mind and bought a house on the first day we ever visited Pinehurst. You might call it impulsive, you're probably right, but we call it Fate, it was meant to be. Pinehurst is golf heaven.
We love to visit with friends in our house (perfect split plan house), play some golf, tennis and chill on the deck with a glass of wine/beer afterwards.

Dave and Mieke met in summer camp working as counselors. Dave is from New York,has been playing golf since childhood. As an adult he has been working in the real estate/developing and is an expert on managing properties. Mieke is from the Netherlands, works for Delta Airlines as a flight attendant and can talk to you in Dutch or German if you prefer and both Dave and Mieke can converse in Spanish or French but slowly please. Mieke is the tennis player and future golfer. Pinehurst to us is camp, it brings us back to the original camp days when we met in the Berkshires,Mass.
