Why the Owner Chose Pinehurst
Being golf and tennis enthusiasts we were bound to visit Pinehurst one day and when we did, it was "love at first sight". The combination of the New England architecture and the southern hospitality was so charming,we temporarily lost our mind and bought a house on the first day we ever visited Pinehurst. You might call it impulsive, you're probably right, but we call it Fate, it was meant to be. Pinehurst is golf heaven.
We love to visit with friends in our house (perfect split plan house), play some golf, tennis and chill on the deck with a glass of wine/beer afterwards.

Dave and Mieke met in summer camp working as counselors. Dave is from New York,has been playing golf since childhood. As an adult he has been working in the real estate/developing and is an expert on managing properties. Mieke is from the Netherlands, works for Delta Airlines as a flight attendant and can talk to you in Dutch or German if you prefer and both Dave and Mieke can converse in Spanish or French but slowly please. Mieke is the tennis player and future golfer. Pinehurst to us is camp, it brings us back to the original camp days when we met in the Berkshires,Mass.

My family stayed in this wonderful home in January, 2009. Everything was perfect, and very clean. Worked great for our vacation, lots of room, and not too far away from the rest of the family in Raeford.

I brought down my tennis team for USTA State Playoffs and stayed at this house. It was in a perfect after a long day on the tennis courts and golf course, its nice and cool inside, and the location is close to the resort and village and within striking distance within all of the best courses. Dave was great in getting things arranged and more importantly he was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this house anyone who brings down a golf or tennis group for a few days.

My family and I just left from a month long stay at the Grayson's property and had a great time! We loved the cozy feel of the home and all of the space we had to run around in. The neighbors were wonderful, especially Alvin next door. They were super helpful and very friendly. Pinehurst is a great little town to stay in and this house is relatively close to all Pinehurst has to offer. The Grayson's were very prompt in returning our deposit and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We'd love to go back and spend another summer in their home.

My family enjoyed the home. It was exactly what was presented on the internet. The location was great stores and a mall was less than 10 minutes away. The home was very roomy we had 8 people and we were not bumping into each other. The neighbors were very nice. I liked how roomy the kitchen was and the way the home was structured with bed rooms being seperated on both sides of the home. I would come back to Pinehurst and Rent this home.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home just a few weeks ago. Everything was just the way it had been described on the web site. The house was very clean and very roomy.We especially enjoyed the deck and eating outside. The extra 1/2 bathroom along with the laundry room made a big difference. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this home last July. It is a WONDERFUL home, spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The floor plan is GREAT, allowing for privacy for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is the home is further from downtown Fayetteville that I would have liked, since my family and friends live there. The neighborhood is beautiful and Pinehurst is just idyllic. This is a wonderful place to stay on your visit to Pinehurst. The location is perfect, the house is spacious, wonderfully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The floorplan is well laid out and allows for privacy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and the neighborhood is full of friendly families. We would recommend this house to anyone as it is a perfect place to stay for golfers and non-golfers alike. The owners are great people and have provided a very clean, comfortable house. We enjoyed it tremendously.

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely home. Everything was neat, clean, and quite comfortable. Directions for use of appliances, and information about surrounding restaurants, etc. was provided.
