My condo has the best location in the center of downtown Bariloche - one block from the civic center. There are lake and mountain views and brilliant natural lighting (the Bariloche condo is north-facing). The condo is complete with a jacuzzi bathtub and tons of amenities. The condo was recently remodeled with warm native wood and brick to compliment the mountain / lake settings of Bariloche. Its Cipres island table centerpiece is ideal for cooking, dining and socializing.
The Bariloche apartment has two bedrooms; each can be set up with queen size beds or 2 twins (just let us know). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you would find in your home including a complete set of pots, pans, microwave, and blender as well as wine glasses, beer mugs and quality cutlery.
A separate utilities closet includes a stacked washer and dryer.
We include a local cell phone with the Bariloche rental and a VOIP phone with free calls to the US and many other countries.
There is Wi-Fi wireless internet (for guests with laptops) available and a Mac-mini computer with a flat screen monitor to connect to the internet, play music, use skype, etc.
I remodeled the entire condo. Most of the furniture and doors / fixtures are custom made from the local wood, 'cypress'. I designed the layout and interior and personally contracted all the labor. I spent a lot of time on this Bariloche condo, and it shows. I take pride in this place. It is complete.
The Bariloche condo is available for long and short-terms stays. Weekly maid service is also included free of charge.

Why the Owner Chose Bariloche
I bought this place because there wasn't any proper lodging in town and I couldn't find beds for some clients I had. It rents out so well that I can't depend on the place for my clients.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I really did this place right. It has the mountain feel and it is modern. It has the most amenities of condos in Bariloche. No other place offers a Mac computer, Voip calls to the first world for free, washer and a dryer, and such a complete kitchen; large jacuzzi and best location for downtown. I admit that the photos aren't that good, but I'd rather surprise you when you get here.

We've been coming to Bariloche annually now for the last 7 years.This apartment was by far the most centrally located that we've rented. There's a supermarket right downstairs. There's a great empanada place on the corner. El Boliche restaurant is 2 blocks away. There's a consignment shop around the corner where I bought a great leather jacket for around $40US. The layout of the apartment was perfect for my family. Not too big, not too small. Much cheaper than renting 2 rooms at a hotel. No real noise problems to speak of. The elevator was a big plus for us luggage laden travelers. The free wifi meant that along with the Mac that was already in the apartment, we could go online with our notebook also. The VOIP phone with a California phone number meant I could call my office in New York, at will and receive calls, at will. I was able to call toll free numbers in the US to reconfirm flights or check on my banking or credit cards. I could have told my office that I was in San Francisco and not on the other side of the world and no one would have known it. Very convenient. The snow gods blessed us this year with plenty of early season snow for some fantastic skiing. We will definitely try to rent this apartment again next year. Thanks Zach, Danny and Sandra

I rented this apartment in November/December of 09'... It was an awesome spot, close to (walking distance to everything) town and was as nice (or nicer) than the photos. The owner was super helpful in advising on hikes, restaurants etc. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything I needed to feel at home (kitchen, internet etc). I would totally recommend this spot.
