Why the Owner Chose Other Sunriver Properties
We both like the Eastern OR. area very much, mostly for the fishing avaliable, and golf. I because my son and grandchildern live in Bend.
There is so much to do and see, around Bend and throughout Eastern OR. That we still haven't seen it all. The weather is wonderful in the summer and if you like cold,the mountains are bueatiful all year long but mostly in the winter for skying.

Joe and I are a retired couple. Joe owned and and operated a auto body repair shop (Cherokee Auto Body) in Lodi CA for 25 years. I am an accountant and have owned my own business since 1992,(Accountable Enterprises). I still do some income tax, however.
Joe also designed and manufactures a fishing device called the Balance Perch.
