Originally built in the early 1900’s this home has been completely renovated from top to bottom.
The cottage is located on a quiet, tree lined residential street,offering the best of both worlds. A quiet scenic back yard and deck or all the fun activities of downtown Coeur d'Alene. Within 12 blocks you will be able to enjoy fine dining, coffee shops, live music, farmers markets, and many other types of summertime activities.
The interior of this home is furnished in an artistic cottage style. The original hardwood floors have been refinished in the living room, dining room and den. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area have been tiled while all the bedrooms have new carpet.
Sleeping for up to 8 persons is available. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the two downstairs bedrooms have doubles and the 4th bedroom has a single. (A Queen airobed is also available) There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has everything to meet your needs.
If you love bicycling or long walks along the lake you are only 4 blocks away from the Coeur d'Alene Lake Park Trail. This is a paved trail that runs along the east side of Coeur d'Alene Lake and is perfect for early morning workouts or enjoying the evening sunset. We have included two fat tire, automatic shifting beach bikes just for such an occasion.
If you are a golfer you are only 8 blocks away from the entrance of Coeur d'Alene's world famous (floating green) golf course on the same side of the lake.
If quiet nature walks are more your style you are only 5 minutes away from Tubbs Hill which overlooks the lake with over two miles of lake views Only hikers are allowed on these well kept trails to insure its pristine condition.
Also only minutes away are Sanders and City Park Beach. Daily are plane rides are available over the area, parasail rides, daily boat cruises, and the rental of smaller watercraft for your enjoyment.
