This cozy 2000 square foot cottage, is located directly on Lake Jocassee with a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. This 4BR, 3BA house sleeps 9 people comfortably without feeling crowded, and is perfect for 2 families to share! There are 2 main levels to the house. The house is furnished with unique, handcrafted mountain furniture, and a warm mountain atmosphere is what you experience when you walk through the front door. There is an extra large dock which is always on deep water, and can fit up to 3 boats. Even if you don't bring a boat, the house is located in Fisher Knob, and with the classic Grumman canoe provided with your rental, you can still easily canoe to some of the best waterfalls on the lake.
All linens and towels are provided and for the low price of $1975/week in the summer, this is the best value on the lake!
People come from all over the world to experience Lake Jocassee and all it has to offer. Activities in the area include: spectacular waterfalls, kayaking, golfing, horseback riding, world class fishing, motor boating and hiking. Watch the stars at night. See deer and plenty of wildlife. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place for you!
Very quiet and serene! Seasonal snow skiing. Food, shopping, and entertainment at local restaurants can be found in the little mountain village of Cashiers, only a scenic 25 minute drive away. Canoe is provided.
