Why the Owner Chose Phoenix 6Orange Beach is our 'little piece of heaven'. The laid-back setting of Southern Alabama is different enough from our normal hustle and bustle life to let ourselves really relax.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoCarefree living at it's best. The beach is right outside the door. The building amenities are great; exercise room, tennis and handball courts, pools (indoor and out). There are seven restaurant within easy walking distance also. Many, many more within 5 miles.

We are a 'young' middle aged couple that live in Southern IL. We are self-employed and enjoy running our real estate rental properties, construction company and laundromat. Our names are Wayne and Chris Schuetz. Our two sons are raised and gone and we now enjoy our three grandchildren that live in St Louis. We enjoy traveling and staying in our condos. Being very 'hands-on' keeps us busy with redecorating and maintenance when we do visit them. Chris' hobbies are flower gardening and hanging out around our pool. I tinker with my 1957 Chevy and also enjoy the pool and poolhouse.

This condo by far exceeded our expectations - namely, the price. We thought we were going to "get what we paid for" and when we opened the door, we were all very pleasantly surprised. Clean, up to date, beautiful and awesome view. Everything you can possibly imagine was provided kitchen-wise.....loved the sliding glass doors in the bedroom that led out to the huge balcony (it also leads out from living room). Owner of the condo offers an awesome price for an awesome stay. We loved it and look forward to returning again one day!

Wonderful location, great condo. It seemed to have everything we needed right there but still had to try out the many local restaurants. Wanted to sleep in and the bed was very comfortable, but the pull of the ocean always found me out walking the beach early in the morning. The balcony was a great place to sit with coffee or wine and just totally relax. We couldn't have asked for better weather all week.

The unit was in great condition upon check-in. Everything was clean and looked terrific. The view from the balcony is just amazing! There are several very nice restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was very nice and well-maintained. Everyone loved walking out of the building and being right on the beach!

My family and I have stayed at this location at least 5 times over the past 4 years. It is one of the nicest condos that I have seen in the area to stay at. The condo is on the beach and has all the amenities one would want from outdoor pool to tennis courts and even if raining there is an indoor pool and hot tubs along with a raquetball court to keep you entertained. The restaurants around the condo offer from basic to upscale dining all are very good. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling or thinking about a trip to Orange Beach.

We had a wonderful time and the weather was excellent. We hauled a trailer down with our cycle and the staff were very helpful in finding a place to park the trailer for the week and giving us extra parking passes for the truck, trailer, and cycle. The condo had everything we needed for the week and was beautifully decorated. Love the laundry facility right in the unit. The balcony was great to relax in the mornings and evenings and just watch the water.

This was a perfect unit for us. Pictures do not do the unit justice. Furnishings are very nice and extremely comfortable. Unit had everything that we needed for a great stay. Indoor and outdoor pools plus hot tubs were awesome. The property also feels very secure, from the parking attendant to the maintenance staff---everyone is very attentive and doing everything to make it a great place to stay. We grilled one evening and having the grills on the gulf side of the building was very nice (most other places we have stayed have the grills off in a small area on the street side). Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your unit!!!
