Complex is centrally located with restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment just steps away.

Downtown, shopping malls, Naval air station (famous Blue Angels), museums, boating, sport fishing, golfing, tennis and much much more are just minutes away!

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the peak summer season. Exceptions will be made based on availability. There is a minimum of a three-night stay.

  • My family had the pleasure of staying in the unit during October. I absolutely cannot say enough about the owner's kindness. She made every effort to accomodate us and our particular needs. We are truly appreciative of that; superior service is difficult to find in our world today. The unit was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a truly upscale environment. The unit is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and convenient to greater Pennsacola. I loved that it was on an island and in a truly superb setting. The pools were clean and well cared for. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps from the condo. I would recommend this unit to anyone who understands that this facility is a permanent home for many families and is able to respect that. I greatly appreciated that everyone living and visiting there seemed to be very respectful of each other. There was never any loud music or inappropriate behavior. It is definitely a family friendly place. I can honestly say that I have never stayed in a cleaner home; for us, that was a major concern with two small children. Overall, I would give it a five star rating.

  • Had an awesome time in this condo week of Sept 26-Oct 3. This condo was perfect for our trip and exceeded all our expectations(group included my husband and I, 2 kids (ages 3 and 10 wks) and husband's parents. Being an end unit, the wall of windows to the west really makes a big difference and was just how Margaret Ryan (owner) described in the listing. Margaret was super to work with and very flexible when we had to change our dates at the last minute. Loved being on the first floor too as you could converse easily with family members down at the pool just below the unit but you still had a really great view of the beach. This unit has a rocking chair which was perfect having a newborn on the trip. Would highly recommend. Location great. Walk to shops and restaurants too.
