This beautiful efficiency condo is located in a beachside complex at 8817 Thomas Drive Panama City Beach, FL. Efficiency Condo has 1 bath, full kitchen, sleeps 4-6. Located directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a family-oriented, beachfront complex.
This unit comes fully furnished to accommodate 4-6 people. This unit has been remodeled and updated to include new ceramic counters, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic tile floor, two double beds and a sleeper sofa. Full size refrigerator, large walk-in closet/dressing room. The telephone in the unit has a private line, with no charge for local calls. It has an 80 channel color TV, DVD, VCR and linens are provided. This condo is located in a family-oriented, beachfront complex.
The complex features a very large adult pool with a separate kiddie pool, multi sun decks and shuffleboard. Sorry no singles under 25 and no pets allowed. Association rules prohibit singles under the age of 25 to rent without adult supervision. Pets are not allowed.
STRICT LIMIT OF 6 GUESTS IN UNIT AT ANY TIME.

$100 Security/Booking Deposit Required. $15 Parking fee required.
Cancellation Policy:No refunds less than 30 days from arrival. Deposit will be
returned if able to rent unit. Funds are to be received no later than three weeks
prior to arrival.
