This unit comes fully furnished to accommodate 4-6 people. This unit has been remodeled and updated to include new ceramic counters, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic tile floor, two double beds and a sleeper sofa. Full size refrigerator, large walk-in closet/dressing room. It has an 80 channel color TV, DVD, VCR and linens are provided. This condo is located in a family-oriented, beachfront complex.
The complex features a very large adult pool with a separate kiddie pool, multi sun decks and shuffleboard. Pets are not allowed.
STRICT LIMIT OF 6 GUESTS IN UNIT AT ANY TIME.

This was the perfect vacation getaway for my family! The condo was in a great location...close to several great resturants and attractions. The owners made our trip very enjoyable from start to finish. They were there for any questions that I may have had through out the whole rental process. The unit was clean, beds were comfy, and the view was wonderful! If we are ever in the PCB area again we will certainly consider this rental property. Not to mention St Andrews State Park was a short drive away, I think it was one of our favorite places to visit! Thanks again for such a wonderful place to stay!

My family rented this unit 5/28 - 6/4/11 for my daughters graduation present. It was a in a great location and we loved the fact that Club LaVela was right next door for the kids!! The owners were extremely nice and very helpful. No hassles about anything at all and were very prompt to answer any questions. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.The staff and security were great too!! I have referred several of my friends to this unit and will continue to do so. This property was in a prime location in the Panama City Beach area. With clubs, eateries, and shopping close by, this condo made for a great stay! After seeing the upkeep of the hotel i was a bit skeptical; however after entering the room, this owner keep their property at a much higher standard than many other rooms in the complex. It was every spacious and roomy for an economy suite, and it was perfect for a group of 4 to have a great vacation. For a room on the beach, the price is almost unbeatable for a weeks stay during teh height of spring break season. I felt that the room was adequately furnished and there was ample appliances for the homey feel. The only issue in this facility was the doors. Since it was right on the beach, the saltwater made the door locks somewhat rusty and hard to open so be sure to be careful when opening the door. This was one of the best stays in a Panama City Beach that I have had. Great stay and great price!

This is our second time staying at Top of The Gulf. This room is fantastic. The view is awesome from our room. It is exactly like we were told, The guard was very polite .
