Accommodations:  Executive Villa, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Our stunning new executive villa is within the beautifully landscaped and peaceful Westhaven Community. It is 5 minutes from Interstate 4, the main corridor for Orlando. We are 15 minutes from Disney Main gate as well as being central to everything that Florida has to offer.
Our villa is South West facing so the pool area gets the sun all day if you want to splash in the pool or lie on the loungers.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and Sleeps 6/8. It has wireless internet access. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout and is fully air conditioned. On entering our spacious villa you will find an open plan living and formal dining area. The lounge consists of comfortable twin settees one of which converts into a Queen sized bed.

We have a separate family room which has a 37" HD TV and DVD Player. This leads out to your own private pool area where you can relax and have fun after a busy day at the parks or the Malls. There is also a pool screen for added safety if required.

Our villa has a lovely South West facing pool with a patio area that is perfect for al-fresco dining with an outdoor ceiling fan. There is also a patio table with chairs and comfortable sun loungers. Pool heat is available on request at an additional cost.

Our kitchen contains all the equipment you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable.

The master bedroom has patio doors that open out on to the pool area. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle twin hand basins and bath. You can have a restful nights sleep in our American king size bed. We have a walk-in closet, large drawers, bedside cabinets, 26" FST television and clock radio.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and storage closets. There is also a bedside table with a reading lamp and clock radio. These rooms are separated by the main bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a 19" FST television and bedroom 3 has a 19" tv which is not cable connected but can be used for gaming and watching dvd's.

If Golf is your sport there are two Greg Norman courses within 5 minutes at Champions gate. You will also find a well stocked supermarket and restaurants.

Our management company operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week so you can relax knowing everything will be taken care of.

  • I am writing to thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful villa in Davenport. The villa is very well maintained, beautfully furnished and close to all the attractions. You could not get better value for money and my family and I are all very grateful to you. I also liked the security of the gated community and the fact that the internet was available. My two teenagers managed to get their daily fix on MSN so we were all happy. All in all we had a great time and I would certainly recommend your villa to my Thanks again, KC

  • Thanks once again for letting us use your villa it really made our holiday that little bit extra special. Orlando is always difficult with young kids so to have the villa and pool for our rest days was fantastic. With everything conveniently located we never had to travel more than 30 minutes to get anywhere. The location is so peaceful and secure we could have spent the two weeks in the villa and still enjoyed ourselves. We would highly recommend this villa to all our friends and family, Steve and Jan are a lovely couple to deal with and nothing seems to be to much trouble for them. Thanks Again the Bradley family

  • This villa is absolutely beautiful, and the photographs on the website just don't do it justice. We had the best holiday of our lives here! It really is in a fabulous location for the parks, but the neighbourhood is really peaceful and it's lovely to come back to after all of the hussle and bussle of a day at Disney! We can't wait to go back!

  • We had a brilliant week in this beautifully furnished villa. It is clean and spacious with a fantastic swimming pool. The villa is also extremely near to all of the Disney Parks, yet in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. I would throughly recommend a holiday staying at Westhaven.
