  My wife and I along with another couple just returned from a week in Nashville. I had been researching homes to rent since last fall….I finally settled on this home. I can’t say enough good things about the home and the folks I dealt with, from the owner of the home to the property manager who looked after things for us once we arrived. The house was neat, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed….towels, bedding, detergent etc. as well as all the necessities we needed in the kitchen were there for our convenience …each bedroom with its own bath plus another ½ bath down stairs was a really perk with multiple couples in the house. . I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is spending sometime in Nashville. Communication with both the owner and property manager was always quick and helpful. Thanks very much for a great experience at a home away from home.

  I lucked out with this location and townhouse on such a short notice. Jeannie was very helpful with working with me on such a short notice for my visit to Nashville. The townhome is right off the interstate so the access to downtown is about 10 to 15 minutes. This was very helpful as I was meeting my two girls for the weekend. The accomodations were very nice and the townhouse had everything we needed, although we did not spend a lot of time there. I will certainly stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Our family of 3 stayed in this townhouse for a campus tour/visit at Vanderbilt University and some general sightseeing around Nashville over a long weekend in January 2011. The location was perfect and less than a 20 minute drive to the campus and to downtown Nashville's attractions. It was so nice after a 6 hour drive to arrive in icy, cold conditions and find the walk way to the front door clear of snow and ice! The layout of the townhouse was great to allow for privacy and plenty of room to spread out. Really great to pack light because we were able to use the washer/dryer. The kitchen was nicely supplied with pots/pans/utensils/dishes/coffee maker - pretty much anything you'd need to cook a meal. Above and beyond, the owners furnished dish soap, name brand detergent, and fabric softener. Communication with the owners was great and all questions were answered quickly. Can't say enough good things and will definitely consider staying again if we end up in Music City again!

  After a 12 hour drive it was a great relief to finally arrive at the vacation townhouse. The townhome was found in a clean state and was ready for our occupancy. It was very nice to have the two levels and double bedroom suites which provided for privacy for us. I would recommend this home to others as it felt like home away from home.

  I recently stayed here while working in Kingston Springs and it is clean, comfortable and cozy. I would definitely stay here again when coming to town to visit and recommend it to anyone looking for the comforts of home while away from home.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We recently stayed at this lovely townhome for a week while we were vacationing in Nashville. It's clean and in great shape (practically new) and it was great to come home to after a day/night of activity. It was so much better than hotel accommodations and it made our trip that much more enjoyable. Although we met only by phone and e-mail, the owners were very friendly, and helpful in making the lease arrangements. I would (and probably will) lease this property again without hesitation and would highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in the Nashville area.
