Charming third floor apartment with lots of bay windows, many overlooking the historic grandeur of the Gare-du-Palais train station, built in the same style as the Chateau Frontenac. Spacious, one bedroom with sofa bed in the livingroom area.
Kitchenette is well equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee-maker and all the dishes you'll need. Furniture is top quality, queen-size sleigh bed and leather sofa-bed and chair. Dining table seats four. There is a TV/DVD player which currently does not have cable or satellite hook-up but there is a selection of family DVDs available. The walk to Rue St. Jean is uphill so be prepared to walk off a few of those extra calories you will be enjoying in the many fine restaurants! We are located next to an abundance of Antique shops and restaurants.
Make some coffee, curl up in one of the bay windows and when you are ready, walk out the door and explore the delights of Old Quebec, which are all within walking distance.
Parking is available across the street at the train station parking lot for $12/24/hrs, or in another lot slightly farther away for $10/24 hours.
There is a large grocery store and wine shop very nearby. |
