As you enter "the Point" the skylights fill the very spacious great room with airy soft light So you see the new hardwood floor, trayed ceiling, large fireplace and hearth, high definition flat screen TV, and walk-in wet bar. Is it time for a Margarita yet?Maybe you'll carry it through the french doors into the airy sunroom with TV, high speed broad band internet connection, queen sleeper for additional guests, and access to a large grilling deck with the "Hoss" stainless steel grill. Best of all,the panoramic view of the golf course is simply breathtaking. Oops, did that player just cheat?
Or, step into the large dining room with access to the grilling deck and seating for eight-ten people. The spacious kitchen with a multitude of cabinets serves it, and is well equipped for any dining experience. Can you smell the shrimp and grits yet? Perhaps another Margarita? If you need to freshen up before dinner, just step into the full bath by the kitchen.
Time for a snooze? Wander down the bedroom wing of Dolphin's Point to two cool guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. A large bath is convenient to each one. Perhaps you want more space? Welcome to the generous master bedroom with a queen bed, dressing room. full bath, TV, his and her closets, and computer desk. Plan on having morning coffee on the private deck or just watch those golfers and listen to the chorus of birds in your backyard.
