We enjoyed the condo. Kids are aged 16 and 12 so it was good to have thier own room and bathroom away from ours. Being on the second floor (actually the first floor above the raised parking shelter) was the best feature. You just go out the sliding door and right down to the pool or beach. The beach area is good. We enjoyed the low-tide evenings at the nearby rock jetty looking for crabs and creatures, or visiting with locals as they fished. It's not far from the boat docks and shrimp boats, or from the pizza places and grocery stores in town. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Appliances were in good working order. We would rent it again.

Marc, Back again. I was there with my daughter and her birdesmaids in September 2010 and loved it so much, I convinced my girfriends to go to Biloxi instead of Gulf Shores this year for our annual beach trip. We all agree that your place will be our annual spot from now on and we all are looking forward to booking with your again next year. We loved the accommodations and had a wonderful stay. (Incase you are not aware of it, one of your beautiful barstools is broken where the backrest meets the seat and needs to be welded back to its base.)

Pros: Very nice with the pool and beach right next to our condo balcony. Nicely decorated. All rental agents were great to work with and very informative. Had a great time and will be going back. Cons: (1)roll toilet paper per bathroom (0) papertowels/napkins in kitchen (2) kitchen garbage bags. Livingroom carpet could use a good cleaning. The walls were scratched up a lot and we were worried that we would be liable for that as well as the carpet so we left a note of what we saw when we first arrived just in case. The kitchen floors had some food residue on it when we first arrived and there were no brooms or mops to clean with so we used wet towels to clean it. The fake palm tree in the master bedroom was covered in dust so watch out if you have allergies. We put the plant in a closet during our stay. We don't mean to sound so negative but perhaps these issues will be resolved for the next guests.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great view of the water. Wonderfully stocked kitchen (but make sure to bring your own spices, etc). Easy wifi access. Not part of the big company that rents most of the units there so you can actually talk with the owner. The big company that rents units at Seabreeze has a 10 AM checkout on Sunday, which is silly if you want to cook breakfast. This unit does ask for some pre-maid cleanup, which was no problem. Four of us there and able to cook fantastic dinner and Sunday brunch with the items in the kitchen. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

PEACEFUL HAVEN

We stayed in this beautiful condo last week, Nov-20-23. Everything was perfect! The rental agent was prompt, courteous and accomodating. Everything in the condo was as it should be, no surprises. It was beautifully appointed, granite countertops, new appliances, great washer and dryer. We could walk directly to the beach via our back glass doors, no elevator and around the building. The beach is delightful, white sand and well-maintained. It was a great trip.

This is absolutely a wonderful place. Lots of space and ON THE BEACH. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Thank you Mr. Marc!! The girls did not want to go out the last night. They wanted to return to the condo and chill on the balcony with the gulf breeze. They were content to stay there than going out. We all loved it!!

"We stayed for a week and wish we had more time! The condo was perfect in every aspect. Kids loved the pool right outside our door. There was absolutely no oil anywhere, the white sandy beech was beautiful. The gated covered garage was a definite bonus. We felt very safe at the condo and everywhere in Biloxi. The owner was very helpful to work with, and I am so glad I found this listing. Everything about this condo was truly wonderful. The local food was awesome. We casino hopped every night and they were all clean, new, and not smoky at all. We have decided we want to bring our entire family every year for a family vacation to Biloxi....and I'm sure everyone will be arguing over who gets #204!!! "

We stayed at this wonderful condo for my best friends birthday. It slept 6 people very comfortable and there was definitely room for more. The kitchen was equipped with everything possible we just had to buy the food. The pool is located directly outside of the living room...AWSOME It was the perfect price, location and condo period. Even the rain couldn't stop us from enjoying the condo. I can't wait to rent it again.

This condo is by far the absolute best place to stay in Biloxi! When they say "right on the beach", they mean it! The condo is very well appointed and conveniently located with direct access to the beach. The sitting pool is located right outside the patio--no stairs or elevators to get there. Even the parking was convenient---right behind the elevator! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This wonderful condo unit looks directly onto the east pool area and the Gulf, and is located just a few steps from the beach—the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The furnishings were comfortable, the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-supplied with every convenience. It was more than a home away from home. Our visit was in late July 2009 and would definitely like to return.We had a great time!Mary and FamilyIllinois
