The owners were wonderful to work with , very prompt and thorough about answering questions. whole process of renting was great. The property itself is very nice. love the pool and hot tub. close to beach . in a nice area on island. could see the ocean from back decks. very spacious and well decorated. the pool table and fooseball games were great for the kids. very clean and well organized. kitchen stocked good for cooking meals there. we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation on SGI and at the Beach Dayz house. definately recommend this vacation place. Can't say enough good things about the house. Felt very homey and comfortable. Thanks for sharing yor lovely home with us!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We spent a little over a month at Beach Dayz with our family over the Holidays. We loved the house-lots of room with the 2 sitting areas and the kids/grandkids loved the hot tub, pool, foosball and pool tables. The owners are great to work with also-the couple of small items that needed attention were taken care of immediately. Also took advantage of some of the amenities on the Island-kayaking, boat tour for the kids and deep sea fishing. Would highly recommend St. George Island and Beach Dayz as a wonderful vacation home!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Well, here we go again. This will be our 5th year at this amazing home away from home. Brenda and Scott have furnished their home beautifully. We came across this 5 years ago and have been vacationing here every since. Each year we walk through the front door and we feel like we're home. We love the pool and hot tub! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want. We can't wait will May when we'll be back. If your looking for a GREAT vacation spot, look no more!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family had a wonderful time in this home. It was spacious, clean, and it had so much to offer (e.g., pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, etc)!! The owners of the property were also amazing to work with. They quickly replied to all of my questions and were extremely friendly. Overall, I was impressed and would definitely return.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay at Beach Dayz was just fantastic. Two adults and one pup - what a beautiful home. The pool was the highlight, private with a hot-tub, the view was great and the beach a short distance & easy to get to. The beds very comfy, the kitchen had everything and the location is close to anything you would want to do on the island. The owners were just a delight to work with. This house is very large and perfect for a large family. Neat, clean, nicely decorated and more than spacious. 10 out of 10!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Went to this house during the second week of Septemner and it was fantastic. This place was absolutely perfect for the group of adults (4) and would be perfect for a small to large family. We all had a wonderfu timel floating in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub.The beach is a short walk away and was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely return Pros- Big house with TONS of space....Clean....Comfy beds....Great pool and hot tub...Spaceous parking...Close to beach...Price... Nice owners Cons Only 1 con and this is nitpicking, the kitchen sheers were so dull that we could not cut a plastic bag. LOL Thats it believe it or not. Everything else was top notchRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Beaches:
We LOVE St. George Island! We rented many a home on the Island and were so glad we could finally build our own in 2007. We love the ocean and enjoy a much more quiet and less crowded beach than at other typical vacation locations where there are many high-rises and a lot of traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We really tried to make our home as nicely decorated as possible. We hear many times that our home is even nicer than it looks on the pictures. Plus, we have a larger pool and pool area than most houses on the Island.
