This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is centrally located in the soul of Summit County, Frisco, Colorado. The town of Frisco shares Lake Dillon and is a quaint mountain town that attracts a diverse group of visitors. The area provides many Winter and Summer activities that are listed below. Summit County provides free year round shuttles that are easily accessible to all. There are many places to shop, sightsee, eat, or just relax and delight in the beautiful surroundings.
Enjoy skiing at Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Copper, Keystone, Loveland, and Vail all within a 15-30 minute drive. The Condo is a great place to stay while scrapbooking in the Colorado mountains, or to meet with friends and enjoy the scenic views. Enter the Lake Dillon bike path across the street and enjoy biking for miles in one of the most majestic areas in Colorado. Or drive 2 miles over to the Marina and rent a boat on Lake Dillon. This Lake Forest Condo is a rare front unit, top floor condo (with an 8 step climb to enter the main floor) that has cathedral ceilings, and a 25 foot balcony that boasts unobstructed 180 degree views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. This unit was purchased in May 2007 and has been recently refurbished, including a new tile entrance way and updated fireplace surround. The Condo is fully equipped with all the things you'll need to make your stay very comfortable.
There are 2 king size beds on the main level and a queen size bed in the second floor loft. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom with ample closet space. The Living room has been completely remodeled with a leather couch and loveseat, arm chair, and various decorations with a Western theme. There's a Sony Home Theater System that powers a 32 inch LCD TV that is above the gas fireplace. Each room on the main floor offers breathtaking views of Lake Dillon and the Mountains.
