The only condominium complex on the South Shore that is located on a swimming beach. Our Condo is only a 2 minute walk through the property (not across roads) to private beach or let your children enjoy the swimming pool with its own sandy beach. Across the street is several restaurants and shopping; two excellent golf courses nearby.
Our 1 bedroom/1 bath Royal garden view condo sleeps 2-4, is on the top floor of a low-rise Plantation style, two-story building. (Unit#230, Building 35). Non-Smoking unit with a King-Size bed, in-room safe, free beach chairs, as well as beach and pool towels (daily).
