This oceanfront resort has "FREE" high speed internet access. The only condominium complex, approx. 33 acres of the most pristine grounds in Kauai's sunny South Shore that is located on one of Poipu's best & safest swimming beaches. Our Condo, as is the majority of condo's, a short 2 minute walk through the property (not across roads) to private beach or let your children enjoy the swimming pool with its own sandy beach. Across the street is several restaurants and shopping; two excellent golf courses nearby.
Our 1 bedroom/1 bath ROYAL GARDEN VIEW CONDO sleeps 2-4, is on the top floor of a low-rise Plantation style building. (Unit#230, Building 35). Non-Smoking unit with a King-Size bed, firm mattress, in-room safe, free beach chairs and towels at the shack down by the beach and pool towels daily. Other Special Amenities/Cribs rented for $5.00 per day/rollaway beds available for $20.00 per day.

Why the Owner Chose Kiahuna Plantation
We bought a condo at the Kiahuna Resort because of the location to the ocean, the relaxing grassy area in front of the beach, & the pristine grounds. The employees know their role in keeping the grounds & units so pristine. They do it with a passion & a sense of pride. I lived at the resort for six months before finding a house to buy near the resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can enjoy relaxing in the grass area in front of the beach and guests receive free beach towels & chairs for their personal use. You are allowed & encouraged to take the items to the sandy beach for swimming, surfing lessons, or just plane horsing around. The surf is safe for all age groups with proper supervision on the toddlers.
Keokoi's Restaurant-reasonably priced/great food & entertainment. Eat by the bar for lunch or dinner or dinner in the main dining area. Clothing stores/Starbucks/variety store-food, liquor, postcards, other misc. items
Kiahuna Golf course & dining area for lunch & dinner at Joe's on the green. Great view of mountains!
Poipu Beach park-Lifeguards on duty. Excellent for toddlers/teens/adults. Snorkeling Too! Park benches, showers, and barbecue pits.
Resort covers 33 acres and includes Plantation Gardens Restaurant and beach with free beach towels, chairs, & showers to rinse off. Surfing lessons at the beach and swimming!
Several restaurants-Bubba's Burgers, Merriman's, Lapperts Ice Cream and food store with sandwiches, etc...
Seasport Dive shop-Diving, snorkeling and equipment, clothes, bike rental, grocery store.
Hoonani Rd. is a great area to walk along the ocean and whale watch(Nov.-May), watch the turtles & snorkel at Koloa landing.
Excellent golfing for minimal prices and spectacular views. Check them out and save!
Beach House restaurant - Very romantic, excellent food, priced at $28-$32 for dinner. call ahead, very popular and check sunset times for reservation time. Beautiful sunsets! 808-742-1424

Just wanted to thank you for adding to our appreciation of this Island by providing us with such a lovely place to stay! Nothing was lacking, and we will be dragging our feet back to the airplane tonight. But we leave with wonderful pictures and memories, and a much needed rest from LIFE. My boyfriend and I spent a couple of nights at the condo and found everything to be excellent. The condo was just as described, clean and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed. The property was very nice as well. The owner was very responsive when I made the reservations even though he was traveling and I didn't need to contact him while I was staying at the condo because everything went so smoothly. Parking was no problem and it was nice to have many shops and restaurants so close. One of the restaurants, Keoki's, had a dance party the Friday night we were there. It sounded like a lot of fun, but my boyfriend and I were beat from the activities of the day and we decided to stay in and watch a movie. We ended up not being able to hear the movie too well over the sound of the dance party (the restaurant is just across the street), but the noise ended pretty promptly at 10pm, which is quiet time at the complex. That was nice. All in all I had a really great time at this condo and would highly recommend it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
