Conveniently located on Lake DeSoto, our home invites you with a breath taking view! From the moment that you walk inside you will feel at home. Outdoors the waterfall that cascades to the lake will mesmerize you.
Recently renovated, the house comfortably sleeps eight to ten in four bedrooms furnished with two king size beds, a California king size bed and a set of twin beds. A queen size sleeper sofa can also accommodate two. The house has three full bathrooms. Two were recently remodeled with large dual head walk-in showers.
The decks are huge and provide a commanding view of the backyard ponds, waterfalls, patios (with fire pit), boat dock and lake. You can cook in the kitchen or use the gas BBQ grill, but be sure to enjoy the view while you eat.
Bring your own boat, launch it at the nearby marina and tie up at the dock. Enjoy water sport from your boat or go swimming in the lake at the ‘beach’ on the left side of the dock. Steps into the water lead to a pea gravel bottom that is shallow and easy on the feet.
The house is located just three miles inside the main gate and right off of DeSoto Blvd, the main east-west road in the Village. Nearby are DeSoto golf course, DeSoto swimming pool, mini golf, tennis courts, kid’s recreation center and hiking trails. All the other golf courses are no more than a 20-minute drive away, and easy to find from DeSoto Blvd.
The house is equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. It includes a washer/dryer, microwave, ceiling fans, big screen TV, four other TV’s, three VCR’s, three DVD players, stereo, cable TV and high speed Internet/WiFi. This is your home away from home.

I dont have the words to express how much I love this vacation home! Its a great place to have fun, relax and enjoy quality time with the family. The owner is awesome. I couldn't ask for more. I cant wait till we stay again!

We just came back from long Labor Day weekend and we enjoyed it it so much! House is big and has plenty of room for 3 families with 5 kids. It has everything you may need - from kitchen to games and movies for kids. Location is perfect, just few minutes from the entrance in to the community. And landscaping is probably the best on lake DeSoto. Best part is probably the boat. If you don't have your own, having one available for you at any time is changing your vacation entirely. Owner is very flexible and allows you to pay only for days you use it. Overall it was great vacation for everyone - from 3 years old who loved playng on the beach and around the house, to their parents who loved swimming, fishing, hiking and many more...

Absolutely perfect place for our extended family from 3 different locations to meet (9 adults, 4 kids). Everything we could possibly need was provided & exactly as described. House & landscaping were beautiful & immaculate. Owner was very helpful prior to & during visit, answering all questions & offering welcome suggestions. We enjoyed several trips into Hot Springs, which is a quick 20 minute drive. Take the 'Duck' tour - learned a lot about the area. Highly recommend! Thanks Cor

This is a wonderful house! 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 4 kids between 10 - 13 stayed here very comfortably. Lots of group space as well as space to get away for alone time (away from the kids). Kitchen is comfortable, nicely stocked with all necessary utensils and countertop appliances. Landlord was available the entire week to answer questions. Multiple decks and outside seating areas overlooking lake, manmade pond and brook provide great background noise when watching a spectacular sunset. Lots of amenities in the development: pool, basketball and tennis courts, etc. We have rented other properties owned by this landlord and all are nice, but we can't wait to stay at this house again.

House was wonderful and just as described. Loved the decks, the boat dock, swimming area (kids waded), fire pit...everything. We had 10 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and entire house was immaculate. Thanks for a great Spring Break vacation.

We rented all three properties for a weekend family reunion. All the houses are great and the owner is the BEST to work with. Everything is first class. If you are considering a trip to Hot Springs Village this is the place to stay. A+ A+ A+
