This is a 3000 square foot newly decorated home with 4 large bedrooms upstairs to ensure plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy Florida living with a king size bed in the master bedroom, seperate shower, ample closet space and private balcony. Three additional bedrooms have queen sized beds and a full sized futon in front of the fireplace in the living room; the queen sleeper sofa is located in the entertainment/sun room and is very comfortable! Our home has a full guest bath with tub upstairs and a full guest bath with a spacious tiled shower downstairs. It has a TV in every bedroom and is fully equipped for your stay with an enormous kitchen, quaint dining room, cozy living room with a fireplace, a sleeper sofa, three full baths, large laundry room and spacious sun room. We are centrally located in a safe, quiet neigborhood located near the Intercoastal Waterway and Highway US1. It is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. There is enough room for an entire family, perfect for a family reunion or if you are away on business.
While in Melbourne you may want to take advantage of the many sightseeing opportunities available. Besides the ocean and its obvious attractions, there are museums, the renowned Brevard Zoo, shopping, great restaurants and the Kennedy Space Center. You may want to just do as we do - fix a cup of coffee for a stroll (3 minute walk) down to the Indian River (Intercoastal Waterway) while looking for manatees, dolphin and watching the egrets and turtles.
We are also near the municipal golf course and close to many more courses. If the shopping bug hits, you can choose to take in old Melbourne and its quaint shops, stroll down Cocoa Village to browse the antique shops, art galleries, bars and boutiques, or zip over to Orlando for its world famous shopping, dining, and of course, the endless choice of amusement parks.
We are five minutes from the new elegant Avenues outdoor mall where a Rave theater is also located. The King Center is located 10 miles south where there is live theater and many wonderful shows.
