WELCOME TO KA ’ANAPALI SHORES

Observe Maui’s dramatic sunsets in Suite 544 located on the 5th floor from either the living room or the lanai over look the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking Ka'anapali Shores gardens while listening to the rock waterfalls with stream below the Suite filled with Koi. This Ka'anapali Shores condo is a Luxury Suite and unique. Please continue reading to best answer your questions about the many appointments this suite has to offer you or your family. This will also include rates or specials along with a convenient CALENDAR to check AVAILABLE dates for your stay. The RED days are booked, WHITE are AVAILABLE.

MINIMUM STAY: 5 nights, or upon request within filler days. Ask about filler day specials and are limited to 3 nights or less.

TAX & CLEANING WITHIN YOUR RENTAL: A standard state and hotel tax of 12.416% along with a cleaning fee of $119.00 for restocking of paper goods, linen's and towels will be a part of your rental agreement and is not within your nightly rate.

ADDITIONAL FEES UPON CHECK OUT AT FRONT DESK: A parking fee of $9.00 per day along with any local phone calls of 95 cents per call. All Wireless Internet is FREE!

This NON SMOKING, 717 square foot Suite is privately owned by an interior designer has been beautifully remodeled, redecorated December of 2007. This Suite sits on the north golden Ka'anapali Beach of west Maui over looking the Pacific Ocean, between the gorgeous islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i.

THE SUITE'S AMENITIES
* Living Room: Has beautifully faux finished walls with a decorative wall border and is complete with a dining table for four or more, a queen sized sofa sleeper, 2 club chairs, entertainment center with 27" TV, VCR/DVD combo and digital cable, radio/CD player, desk, Games, Video library, dresser and clothes hanging space and an abundance of designer lighting and "Dark Out" drapes.

* Kitchen: Is fully equipped with built in appliances including, a self cleaning all electric range, built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer off the kitchen. The kitchen is completely stocked with every kitchen accessories you need to make a gourmet meal you will not receive in any other unit within the complex. Cabinets were recently repainted and a new faux granite counter with tumbled stone back splash and faucet were added along with decorative wall coverings and flooring in December of 2007.

* Bath Room: Remodeled in December of 2007 with new shower/tub combo tiles, bamboo style shower valve and hand held shower head with volume control. Faux granite counter with tumbled stone back splash and sink accented with bamboo style faucet and TOTO toilet with soft close seat. New decorative wall covering with coordinating shell wall paper border and new flooring.

* Master Bedroom: Has a new California King Size four poster bed with matching night stands and dresser, 27" TV with VCR and separate DVD player with remotes, two seat bench and “Dark Out” drapes. Art work and wall border with new matching bed spread complete this room.

NOTE: Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A rental agreement will be emailed to you within a day or two of your booking request and must be signed, dated and returned with your deposit immediately to hold your booking. Smoking Is Banned from all units, lanai’s, property grounds, hallways and stairwells.

  • This property is perfect if you are looking to feel at home while in Maui. It was the best home-base would could have asked for as we went on adventure after adventure around Maui. We truly felt like it was our own home. The pool was perfect for our 3-year old as it's not very deep (Garden pool). The only thing I wished for was a more extensive list of what is available at the condo...then my bags wouldn't have been so heavy! We would certainly stay here again if we returned to Maui.

  • Troy - Thank you so much for the GREAT vacation! We spent a week in the Michael's unit from Aug. 1 - 9, 2009. From the moment I contacted Troy, he was attentive to the needs of my family. He answered my many questions about the unit, even providing additional items for the kids to enjoy. He doesn't simply rent you a room, but takes the time to provide a tailored list of places to visit, based on the questions he asks regarding what you plan to do. This condo is amazing! The Michaels have spared no expense in making this condo a HOME. The unit is spotless and well decorated. The beds are sooooo comfortable, even the sofa sleeper. Both have thick memory foam topping the mattresses, which we all loved. The kitchen is well stocked, with any appliance you might want or need. The lanai has the best furniture in the complex. Where others have metal or plastic and mesh furniture, this unit has lovely cushioned furniture with ottomans. One of my favorite activities in Maui was to enjoy my morning coffee while listening to the birds chirping, then repeat at sunset with a glass of wine. Ahhh! I miss it already! Thanks Troy! When we arrived everything looked like the pictures on your web-site, not like the generic pictures you see on most resort web-sites. The location was great for us, we had no problems navigating the island. We were happy to call it home for the nine days we were there.   • We had a wonderful two weeks in your perfetly equipped condo. There is always a concern that the rental condo is being overly stated but in your case the condo was even better that advertized. It was especially nice to sit on the lanai in early evening enjoying a cocktail and listening to the many many birds in the surrounding trees. Thank you again for maiking your condo available and we shall certainly reccommend it to friends looking for a perfect vacation in Hawaii. We will be back.

  • Troy, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We had an amazing trip and your condo at Kaanapali Shores is the ideal place to stay. It is so close to great snorkeling spots and close enough to the Whalers Village area to enjoy that area but not be in the middle of it all. The grounds of Kaanapali Shores was more beautiful than we expected. The pools were wonderful as well and the tennis courts were well maintained and never full. We ate at the restaurant several times and it was also very good. Your condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked and so clean. It had everything we needed.   • Stayed here over Thanksgiving 2008. Fabulous place, well furnished and immaculately clean. Beach is sandy but sea a little rough for young ones. Sunsets are amazing - I have a photo that just takes your breath away - it's like the sky is on fire. Road Hana made a 6 yr old ill so take it easy and consider stopping part way at the Gardens of Eden - beautiful. Volcanoe is a hike but so unusual it's still worth the trip. We went at sunset but note the observatory actually obscures your view of the sunset so consider parking up just short of the summit for unspoiled views. Aquarium worth a trip, but highlight was seeing a couple of humpback whales on Dec 1 - awesome. Prices are more reasonable for eating than I expected. some things are pricey but when compared to the trip is minute. Some beacjed in winter are windy so take advice from the concierge, particulalry if you venture north of here. Looking forward to our return some day!

  • My husband and I honeymooned here at Ka'Anapali Shores. We had an amazing time. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could ever need (and more)!! The bellman told us the room was significantly upgraded compared to some of the other rooms. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are incredible. We would absolutely stay here again. In fact, my husband promised to bring me back every five years :)
