WELCOME TO KA ’ANAPALI SHORES
Observe Maui’s dramatic sunsets in Suite 544 located on the 5th floor from either the living room or the lanai over look the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking Ka'anapali Shores gardens while listening to the rock waterfalls with stream below the Suite filled with Koi. This Ka'anapali Shores condo is a Luxury Suite and unique. Please continue reading to best answer your questions about the many appointments this suite has to offer you or your family. This will also include rates or specials along with a convenient CALENDAR to check AVAILABLE dates for your stay. The RED days are booked, WHITE are AVAILABLE.
MINIMUM STAY: 5 nights, or upon request within filler days. Ask about filler day specials and are limited to 3 nights or less.
TAX & CLEANING WITHIN YOUR RENTAL: A standard state and hotel tax of 12.416% along with a cleaning fee of $119.00 for restocking of paper goods, linen's and towels will be a part of your rental agreement and is not within your nightly rate.
ADDITIONAL FEES UPON CHECK OUT AT FRONT DESK: A parking fee of $9.00 per day along with any local phone calls of 95 cents per call. All Wireless Internet is FREE!
This NON SMOKING, 717 square foot Suite is privately owned by an interior designer has been beautifully remodeled, redecorated December of 2007. This Suite sits on the north golden Ka'anapali Beach of west Maui over looking the Pacific Ocean, between the gorgeous islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i.
THE SUITE'S AMENITIES
* Living Room: Has beautifully faux finished walls with a decorative wall border and is complete with a dining table for four or more, a queen sized sofa sleeper, 2 club chairs, entertainment center with 27" TV, VCR/DVD combo and digital cable, radio/CD player, desk, Games, Video library, dresser and clothes hanging space and an abundance of designer lighting and "Dark Out" drapes.
* Kitchen: Is fully equipped with built in appliances including, a self cleaning all electric range, built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer off the kitchen. The kitchen is completely stocked with every kitchen accessories you need to make a gourmet meal you will not receive in any other unit within the complex. Cabinets were recently repainted and a new faux granite counter with tumbled stone back splash and faucet were added along with decorative wall coverings and flooring in December of 2007.
* Bath Room: Remodeled in December of 2007 with new shower/tub combo tiles, bamboo style shower valve and hand held shower head with volume control. Faux granite counter with tumbled stone back splash and sink accented with bamboo style faucet and TOTO toilet with soft close seat. New decorative wall covering with coordinating shell wall paper border and new flooring.
* Master Bedroom: Has a new California King Size four poster bed with matching night stands and dresser, 27" TV with VCR and separate DVD player with remotes, two seat bench and “Dark Out” drapes. Art work and wall border with new matching bed spread complete this room.
NOTE: Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A rental agreement will be emailed to you within a day or two of your booking request and must be signed, dated and returned with your deposit immediately to hold your booking. Smoking Is Banned from all units, lanai’s, property grounds, hallways and stairwells.

Aloha, Thank you for your inquiry. I am Troy one of the owners and am a kitchen and bath designer and specialize in whole house renovations. I have tried my best to make the Suite as accomodating as possible for all of our guests and I know you will be pleased with your stay as our previous guest are. I hope you enjoyed reading through our web site as we have tried to be as thero as possible to best explain the suite to its entirety and all it has to offer you during your stay with us. This suite is not your typical rental as we offer more amenities within it for our guests comfort and convenience. I hope you took some time to review our pervious guest comments as well which helps many of our perspective guests feel more at ease in making their final decision , especially for those that have never rented through VRBO before. Comments on a web page are always a good sign when shopping here on VRBO and NO comments can sometimes be a red flag. All of our pictures are taken from our suite including the view looking directly out to the ocean from the living room/lani and are not generic photos. Why the Owner Chose Kaanapali Shores
We chose this property because it was off the beaten path of down town Ka’anapali and away from Whalers Village. We fell in love with the grounds and all the amenities that the property has to offer. Many of our guests prefer North Ka’anapali Beach as it is much quieter than Ka’anapali South and not as congested and over run with people. When you stay in Ka’anapali Shores you feel like you are on a vacation but so close to everything as well.
We love the layout of our condominium as if feels more like a home now that we have completed the renovations and our guest give rave reviews on our web site and in our guest book on the coffee table which makes us feel great and that we have provided an experience for our guests they will always remember which is a wonderful feeling and the Aloha Sprit!

What can I say? It is a resort and has just about everything you can imagine you will need while staying within the suite. The onsite restaurant is fantastic along with the three BBQs we offer, two pools and hot tubs along with all the shops, salon, and massage therapists we have on site, the GYM and more. It’s just a great place to own and live.
