Two Story home has been completely redone with new hardwood floors on second level/stairs. All new furniture throughout! Private entry two car garage and landscaped patio with new patio table/chairs. High ceilings and lots of windows accent a formal dining room, large family room with new Sharp Aquos 32" LCD HDTV w/new Sony DVD & VCR combo, gas fireplace, new queen sofabed/couch and fully-equiped island kitchen. Separate laundry w/new oversize washer & dryer and guest bath complete the downstairs.
Upstairs are two "master suites." One master is very large with new King Bed, new Sharp Aquos 32" LCD HDTV, separate-generous seating area with new queen sofabed, two closets (one walk-in) and direct entrance into full hall bath with dual sinks, tub/shower combo which is shared by third bedroom with a new queen bed.
The other large Master with new Cal-King bed also has seating area, new Sharp Aquos 32" LCD HDTV, own full bath with separate dual sink areas, oval soaking tub, separate large shower and spacious walk-in closet. Everything you need and beautiful sunsets within walking distance!

VRBO Bear stayed here - 02/26/2008 This immaculate Carlsbad vacation home is wonderful for all seasons. Boogie boards were provided for the sunny beach days. Rainy days were cozy by the warm fire and underneath the fluffy down comforters. Just perfect for hibernating!
The kitchen was big and had everything I needed to make my yummy porridge, which came out juuust right! After a long day, my bear honey and I were able to relax in a nice big bubble bath. We also appreciated the bassinet that was provided so we could enjoy ourselves while our little bear cub slept. The quiet neighborhood was priceless and allowed us to truly relax and get rejuvenated.
The location of this home was beary nice. It was difficult for us to decide whether to go to the beach or to the outlet mall. Other nearby attractions include the famous flower fields and LEGOLAND California. There were also several yummy eateries nearby, including Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, Island's Fine Burgers, Ruby's Diner, and T.G.I Friday's.
With all of the fun things to do and see in Carlsbad, I wish I could've stayed longer in this wonderful house.

Why the Owner Chose Carlsbad
This home was purchased as a retirement home for us in the future. Due to the economy, that
future has probably been postponed by a few years. The home is an ideal choice for a family
vacation due to it's location and offering so many fun choices for the tenants.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We stay at the home every chance we get. I especially enjoy relaxing in the spa after a long
work day. I also enjoy the neighborhood and being able to walk or drive to the beach for the
fabulous sunsets.
