    I would say that the description & pic of the place was dead on,the place was clean and close to restarants and a market just down the street. I would stay here again and would recommed this place to a friend.

    Condo was very clean-had a nice view walk just a few blocks and there is all kinds of restaurants and bars we will be back again

    I just returned from attending the BSC National Championship game (Roll Tide!) in Miami Beach and stayed here with my husband and another couple. Yes, it is a small condo, but we knew that when we booked it. We are best friends with the couple we traveled with so it was fine. You could not ask for a better experience if you're traveling on a budget and want to be in Miami beach for a special occasion like this where everywhere else is booked or way too expensive. We thought the hotel's restaurant / bar was fantastic and the pool and beach were great even for a January weekend in Florida! The condo was clean, equipped with everything we needed from towels to refrigerator to stove and oven although we didn't do any cooking. We took cabs everywhere we went since driving and parking was something we didn't want to attempt during a crowded football event. The condo owner was professional, accomodating and we were very pleased with our experience from start to finish. We definitely plan to return possibly with kids in the future. This was a very family-friendly place.

    I arranged to rent this apartment late August 2012, however, when I arrived the whole floor was under construction. The hallway ceilings were completely taken down, there were boards all over the floors in the halls, there were workmen directly outside the door. It was very dusty and noisy. I wouuld recommend any potential renters to have the owner verify that this construction is complete before renting this unit. The unit itself is essentially a hotel room, it is very dated, the furniture is old and stained, however, for the location you cannot beat the price and the building although older is nice enough. Even with the problems I had, the owner was VERY EASY to work with. When I indicated my discomfort with the amount of construction and my desire to stay elsewhere, the owner took my calls, worked with me, and refunded my payment promptly. If this type of accommodation suits you, I would not hesitate to recommend working with this property and this owner.

    Owner response: I deeply apologize to Robin for the ongoing works at the halls of our floor (redoing the drop down ceiling). Obviously, the work was more intense at the moment of her arrival. She did not want the apartment and left, we refunded all she had paid us. My thanks to her for leaving the place untouched, it did not needed to be cleaned again. We expect the works to be finished soon.

    If you are looking for a studio for 2 or 4 people ,this is the one for you. Comfortable, well located,a big window with a beautiful view, nice building (the hall is huge ) parking included( that´s a big plus in Miami), on the beach. My wife and I stayed for a week and had a great time, beach, pool, relax and shopping, what else is there to do if you are on vacations?. The most important of all is the owner and his son, very nice people. No complaints at all. Thank you for everything. Definitely we´ll recomend to our friends and come back

    I stayed here for four nights with my husband and another couple-I would absolutely recommend this condo. To be honest I was a bit nervous but everything turned out wonderful. The room was basic but very clean and exactly as the pictures show. There is a 7-11 market/gas station right across the street. From the room you can see the ocean and part of Collins. There is a laundry room across the hall and the Valet guys were really sweet. A cab ride to SouthBeach was around $15 in traffic, Miami airport was a flat fee of $38. Granted it was too far to walk to SouthBeach where the rest of our friends were but the price was wonderful. The owner answered my emails very quickly.

    Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

    Loved the location. Right on the beach, with an awesome pool. Good security, felt quite safe. Room is clean, nice little kitchen, decent sized bathroom. Good value. Will definitely stay again.

    The unit is very basic, which is fine if you are not spending a lot of time in your room. It is right on the beach and has a nice pool. There are 2 double beds in the room, I would not describe them as super comfortable, but not uncomfortable either. I did not use the TV/DVD player...there was a prior review about the DVD player not working. It is very convenient to have a stove and refrigerator, and cooking materials. the bathroom is small but clean. The free valet parking is a big PLUS!! And after a bit of trouble getting on the wireless (had to go down to the lobby first to get the signal, then once I logged in and my laptop recognized it, I could log in from my room) The owner is very responsive to questions. I would stay again, you can't beat the price.

    We stayed at this hotel to get out of cold weather of GA. Pros: The beach is perfect, the pool is great, the location is nice, and the restaurant inside the hotel has awesome food and drinks. Ask for Elvis!, Wireless unit, taxi service is quick. Cons: This condo really needs updating. The volume on the TV went out and after one day it came back on. You have to hold the handle down to flush the toilet. The ironing board is very small. The lights above the bed, only one light worked, and you had to fiddle with the switch in order for it to work correctly. It was cold one evening and we could not get the room warm. If you use T-Mobile you will not have service until you leave the building. The above unit when they take a shower, the water drips literately in the kitchen area of this unit. We had to call maintenance. The fridge doesn't get really cold.

    Recommended for: Age 55+

    My boyfriend and I decided to check out Miami to get out of the cold weather, and this studio was perfect for us. Nothing fancy, but exactly as listed. It was nice to have a kitchen. We went grocery shopping the first day and cooked our breakfasts & lunches in the unit, which worked out well. I wouldn't recommend using the microwave, as the inside of it seemed to be melted and rusty, but the stove and toaster worked fine. The valet guys are great and park you car at no charge. We were inclined to tip, when they were extra fast. The best part - the pool is nice right out the back and directly behind that...a beautiful beach! It is a quiet beach, which was perfect for us. The bike share stations around town were cool. We don't have anything like that in MI, so it was a treat. I rented a bike and for $5 got to ride along the beach for an hour. There are plenty of little restaurants and stores in the area and South Beach is only a few minute drive. We would highly recommend checking out Stone Crab Joe's restaurant. It was amazing. Overall a great deal and we would definately return.

    The room was clean, and ready for us. The owner was very friendly. The only problem was that we couldn't see the movies we had, because the DVD player was not working. The rest was perfect. The location is excellent. The hotel is really close to a lot of fun places, very good restaurants, and obviously, the beach is just there...

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

    This was a great little studio with everything that I needed for the time that I stayed. The owner was pleasant and very helpful throughout the purchase process and during my stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family who are looking to stay in the Miami Beach area.

    Es un apartamento muy cuco para pasar unos dias tranquilo disfrutando del sol, playa, piscina. Dispone de todo el equipamiento necesario, incluso toallas para la playa. Se encuentra muy bien situado para hacer buenas excursiones. Hemos estado muy agusto y sin duda si volvemos a Miami, nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

    This was a great deal; all the basic necessities were provided for. Condo was just as described and literally steps away from the beach. It is in a great location 15-20 minutes away from everything in North or South Beach.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    you want the BEACH ? well here you have it. plenty of it too. miles to yuor left and right all empty and clean. the hotel is terrific a true oasis. the staff makes you feel so welcomed starting with ALEX the valet. to MARIE the receptionist. VERY QUIET. centrally located to food stores and many places to eat out at. VERY CLEAN APARTMENT. fully stocked with the basics. YES/SI i shall return again SOON ty ty ty for making he stay so wonderful. THE BEST kept secret in miami beach
