  Excellant views. great rental. Everything was wonderful.Owner was very informative and everything was exactly the way it is described. Will rent again.

• Beautiful Condo!

  This is the second time we've stayed at this condo and its just beautiful! The master bedroom is so big and you just never want to get out of the bed cause its so comfy. The condo is big with lots of room and a beautiful view off the deck looking at the gulf and then down the beach. The best thing about waking up in the morning is going out on the deck and drinking coffee,the view is awesome, I miss it already! The owner is so nice and sends you list of all the good places to eat and visit. He then makes a call after a few days to see if everything is good and you are happy with the condo. You couldn't ask for a better owner to rent from. I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed!

  Condo was just as described, spacious, bright, and with fantastic views from every room. Grounds were well kept and management staff very friendly. You have to see the view of the beach to believe it. The unit is conventiently located to everything you might need or want. Information provided by owner on restaurants was accurate. The meals we had at the suggested places were outstanding. I have already recomended this condo to relatives and friends and am planning a return trip.

  Ginny and Karl's condo is perfect. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home for two weeks. We brought our two standard poodles and they too felt at home. There is a great dog walk steps away from the unit. Also for travelers with dogs, across from the pier, there is a great dog beach which we visited many times. There are also many dog friendly restaurants on the pier. We were there for two weeks and it was so easy to maintain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The views are so incredible. Every morning we would sit out on the patio and have our coffee and most evenings, if we were around, we would sit out and watch the sun set,. It was truly amazing. Great ice machine--my husband likes clear ice--and he had all the clear ice he wanted! There are also great restaurants short distance away--Karl was kind enough to send us a list of them. Make sure you eat at Finn's right across the street. This restaurant is a little trailor and you would never think it to be so good. Make sure you have the fish tacos and the egg burrito. I can't say enough about this wonderful spot.

We do not think it is right to have some one from out of the area eat some where on vacation and maybe not having good meals to go with good vacations.   The kitchen is very well equipped. I cooked a complete traditional Thanksgiving dinner in this kitchen and there was not one pan or gadget that I wanted and could not find! The furniture and decorations are a beautiful combination of tasteful and comfortable. Every corner of the condo invites you and your guests to curl up and read, tell tales, play games, watch TV, or find some shuteye. And if you are looking for a little personal privacy, there is enough room in the condo to find a quiet place just for you. The water is hot, the shower spray is invigorating, and the beds are all quite comfortable. And the view...well it gets an A++ on the WOW factor index! The owners go out of their way to accommodate your needs and they are so nice that you will want to count them as friends. This place will make you feel like you are at home and you will want to care for this little corner of real estate heaven just like you would care for your own. The access to the beach is very convenient, there is a lot of common area around the building and adequate well-protected parking space (not under cover). The neighbors are friendly, the management staff are helpful, and the security personnel professional and attentive 24-hrs a day. We hope to be back.

  Karl and Ginny's condo is very comfortable, clean, and the view is spectacular, no matter where you are in the condo you are looking out at the beach. Beach access is just a few steps out the door. The heated pool was a real plus since we were there in November and some days were a little cool. The condo is much larger than it appears on the pictures. The daily towel service is wonderful. All in all it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Floriday.

  We stayed at the condo Oct 6-13, 2012 and had a wonderful time. We had 7 days of perfect weather and watched the sunset most evenings on the balcony. It is a very short walk to the beach and the pools were also very enjoyable. Karl goes out of the way to insure you enjoy your visit and it is obivious a lot of time and attention to detail was put forth in making the decisions on furnishing the condo to insure it is pleasing to the eye and very comfortable. The ice maker was a nice touch and we gave it a workout during our stay. Everything about the listing was accurate, very clean and well maintained including outside grounds, pools etc. We would certainly recommend the property to friends and relatives. The location was great since we prefer this end of PCB and most everything we did was within a short driving distance. Karl is very friendly and helpful with recommendations on local restaurants and his recommendations were on the money. There are many local eateries nearby that are places where many of the locals eat and a couple we especially enjoyed were Andy's Flower Power outstanding breakfast, excellent service and the food was about as good as it gets not to mention their on-site bakery. We also enjoyed the Italian Parisi sandwich at Liza's nearby, excellent quality and oh so good. We managed to get in a couple of days boating renting a pontoon boat from Flipper's in St. Andrews State Park which is also worth a visit. Our time went too quickly and now we are home looking a dark dismal sky with a low of 39 in the morning. We throughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to retuning. Why did we leave <smile>

  Ginny and Karl's condo is even better than the discriptions! The beach view is gorgeous, what a panorama from every room! This was a real vacation. Everything was so convenient, the beach and pools just steps away, with near perfect weather to enjoy them both. The condo felt like home the minute we walked in. We had morning coffee on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the beach there as well. Loved the oversized and very comfortable furniture and beds, and the convenient and well equiped kitchen. The ice machine is the best! Endless ice. Other people staying here were friendly; a really nice atmosphere. Staff is helpful; the facility is clean and well maintained. It was really a help to be able to bring our small dog; there is a very nice dog walk by the tennis courts. Another good thing is the nearby excellent restaurants. We ate our way through the beach! No such thing as a bad meal here! We heartily recommend it, and plan to return!

  We stayed again this year in this condo. We love it. The location is right on the beach but down near the marina and Captain Anderson's so it is not quite as crowded as some places. The condo is on the 1st floor and close to the elevator was perfect for us. We traveled this year with my parents. My father has arthritis in his knees and has trouble walking some days. He was able to sit on the balcony or even in the recliner and watch my boys play on the beach. The condo was very clean and well supplied. Thank you! We are already talking about going back next year!

  This is our second time to rent this condo. The owners are great and friendly. The office staff is so helpful. The condo is clean and well kept. It is convenient to the elevator and to the beach. The low level made it great for my parents to be able to sit on the balcony in the shade or even inside in the recliners and watch my boys play on the beach. We will definitely be renting again so don't expect to come the middle of August...that week will be booked:)
