Luxurious windows on the beach.1st Floor,Rehabbed and new furniture 2007 ( windows on the beach ). Gulf front with large 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. 1st floor gulf and beach view from every room 80 ft of windows,New Kitchen,Furniture,Tile floors, Paint,area rugs and drapes.

We got the condo in Dec rehabbed in Feb and Mar then added all new furniture.. The condo just now has gone on the rental market. The condo is 110 ft from the water and instead of having to stand up in the family room like in most condo's and walking to the door to see the shore line,. In this condo you just have to turn your head around and you see it all, ALL THE TIME. Even if you are sitting down. Every single contractor, estimators and employee's that performed service and who work in other condo's all the time, said when walking in ....WOW.... And that was before it was newly furnished.
