This was our second stay at Karl and Ginny's condo and it will definitely not be our last! The views from their condo awed us even the second time around. It's a comfortable, beautiful, homey condo that makes you feel like you are literally living on the beach. We are very laid back vacationers and just love to kick back and watch the beauty around us and this is the perfect place for that! We look forward to planning another visit to PCB and of course to Karl and Ginny's wonderful condo! Thank you again for giving us a chance to get away and fall in love again!

Karl and Ginny. We had a marvelous time at your condo!!! we looked back at old pictures and found that we had stayed in this same unit in October of 2001. When we walked in thru the front door, we had the same WOW experience.. The view is the one thing that made us want to come back to THIS condo... I had forgotten just how beautiful it was, tho, the feeling of the place always stayed with us. I have to say it is even more beautiful with the remodel. The kitchen is fantastic, and the condo felt so much like home to us, we were always anxious to get back. Sure hope we can get back again next year. 10 plus years is way too long... Thanks for all the little homey touches that were spread around the unit... It felt so much like home, that we wanted to put our family pic there too... :) Thanks again!!! Randy and Cheryle

Ginny and Karl--We really enjoyed staying in your condo. The views of the beach were perfect! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we loved the ice maker. A Peaceful Spring Break

This condo was the perfect choice for our family with two teen kids to relax and enjoy the beach. The gated entrance and excellent security presence made us very comfortable to let our kids freely go to the beach, pool areas and the convenient on site shop that had burgers, drinks and sundry necessities. The unit is optimally located just a few steps from the beach access. Very accomodating chair and umbrella service for a nominal fee. The policy of not renting to anyone under age 30 was very useful during spring break time period, as we saw when we left this oasis for shopping or eating out. We soon decided to cook in and not venture out of this extremely comfortable and well appointed space. Views of the beach at breakast and sunset were exactly what you come to the beach for. The office staff were very courteous and helpful and the condo was just as pictured and described. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen easy to use. Ice maker was a big plus for fruit smoothies. We would definitely rent this place again!

My wife and I drove down to help my parents get checked into this condo on February 4th. Checking in we were a little confused it was not like Karl had described, IT WAS 100% BETTER! My parents arrived early and we were allowed to check in early by the staff. They were very pleasant to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The condo, well what can I say but WOW! It was just phenomenal. We all grabbed drinks and sat on the balcony to enjoy the view that was just what the doctor ordered. We were very, very pleased with the condo's decor, and all the amenities. My wife and I stayed a week then had to head back to reality while my parents had the privilege of enjoying the entire month in this piece of paradise. I had to suffer with my parents calling every other day or so and tell me how great things were going. It was very nice to have Karl call and check on things from time to time. Mom and dad did have a little problem with the clothes dryer, but the staff was able to help them out until Karl was able to get it replaced. Beside the slight hiccup here and there, words and praise do not do this place justice. We are already trying to plan for next year. We all enjoyed our stay, and couldn't have asked for a better host. Thanks Karl and Ginny for sharing your place with us and being so helpful. David, Lisa, Nick and Phyllis Szabo from Ohio.

We picked this over any other based on the pictures and arrived right at sunset to see that the unit was as fabulous as pictured and the sunset from this balcony made the long drive worth it! Karl was great with providing info before the trip and we made it through most of the restaurants their "restaurant menus" box in the condo (of places they recommended). We really appreciated that- it was like having family in the area! Most of all it was great to get up in the morning and walk right out to the beach and come back and enjoy the view from the balcony! It was hard to come back to "reality"- hope to make it back again.

Karl was great to work with. Great communication. We stayed 8 days no rain sunny and warm. Condo was very spacious; largest I’ve ever stayed in. The windows throughout gave great views of the ocean and beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo. Karl was so helpful from beginning to end. The condo was even more to the beach than I thought it was. I so enjoyed getting up each morning and grabbing my cup of coffee and watching the ocean. Whether we out on the beach or inside we could enjoy a beautiful view. Karl was kind enough to let us know of some good eating spots and a good place to pick up groceries. My nieces thought that it was the most wonderful place on earth. Thank you Karl and Ginny for sharing your wonderful home with us. We look forward to coming down again. Also, the office was very helpful and the people very friendly. What a Week!

Karl & Ginny, We have been visiting PCB for over 40 years. We have stayed at many places but by far we enjoyed the stay at your place. The balcony was enjoyed nightly and the view from all of the rooms was breath taking. With just a short walk to the beach, we had our feet in the sand. The management was very friendly and helpful. This was everything that was promised and then some. Once again, Thank you from all of my family and we will be back.

We just finished our second year staying at this beautiful condo and have already made reservations for next year. We NEVER go the same place for 3 years in a row but our entire group made the decision to stay here before our second day was up this year. Talk about a great view....beach in every one of the windows and an easy stroll to the beach. The water is beautiful but can have some moss or maybe it is grass, that can be annoying but it seems to go away in a few days. This location is close to everything and there are so many great places to dine that this might be your hardest decision each day. Also lots of close attractions for the kids, young and old. This is also one of the very few pet friendly condos we have found. We are soooooo ready for our 2012 trip.

Absolutely the most beautiful views ever! When we arrived at PCB it was dark so we didn't get the full experience of the condo until the next morning. My husband and I both said "WooooooW!" as he opened each curtain. It is amazing how beautiful it is. The fact that the awesome views were literally all around you all day long made the vacation. We had some pretty chilly, windy May weather for our visit so it was hard to stay down on the beach for long, but the condo was what made us feel better! Karl was great to work with and was always quick to get back to us on any questions. Even gave us a better route to get down to Florida from Indiana! The next time we plan a vacation to PCB we will definitely be staying here! Thank you Karl and Ginny for making me and my husband's first vacation together so memorable!

The photo's of this condo don't do it justice, it is absolutely awesome! Stocked with all amenities that you may want or need, just bring your vacation face and enjoy! Beautiful view from every angle, steps to the beach,pools. Karl (owner) far exceeded our expectations as to the personal service he provided prior to,during and after our stay, the most "personal" vacation we have ever been on! We wanted for nothing during our stay (except more time). My only regret in sharing our wonderful experience with Karl and this condo is that it may make it harder to book the next time we want go back. Thanks Karl!!

The best condo ever!

When we first walked in it was" Omg! this is beautiful!" The condo was all that Karl said it was and we just loved it! The view standing in the kitchen with all the windows, over looking the beach was the best to wake up to in the morning! It was our first time in Panama and it was spring break so we were a little nervous, but this condo was peaceful and away from all the madness of spring break. The beach is so pretty there and being on the first floor was just a walk around the corner to it, this was by far the best condo we have ever rented!!! I will only stay there if we make it back to Panama and I'm sure we will just to stay at this condo! Loved it and thanks again Karl and Ginny!

I was looking on the internet for somewhere nice to stay for my family when we came down for Spring Break, while searching I came across the pictures of Ginny and Karls Condo. I was taken away of how beautiful the by the views. I emailed them right away to find out if I could reserve it and to my pleasure it was available. We walked in the doors and my daughter words were "WOW MOM ITS BEAUTIFUL" and then next was my " YOU COULD'NT HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER PLACE I LOVE EVERYTHING". Myself I was taken away as well I knew what I had seen in the pictures but to see it in real life was so much better.Karl gave us a call after we were there a few days to make sure all was going well and we told him it was 80 degrees that day and everything was great. He stated it was snowing where he was. The staff at the Dunes were great and the residents that lived there were very nice as well. It was so nice to be able to wake up and look out the window and the ocean be right there for you to see. We will without a doubt be staying again when we come back.

Wow !! Everything about this Condo exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this property. Karl is such a pleasure to work with and clearly he and his wife's utmost concern is the comfort of their renters. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Potter (8 month old pup) quickly claimed the lounge chair on the deck and enjoyed many leisurely hours there, people and sunset watching. We had a total of 4 in our group and had tons of room and all the conveniences. Nothing but fantastic !! We'd love to be back there now. All the best. Jane

My wife and I were there for the month of February and it couldn't have been better. The view is fabulous from every room, the sunsets were out of this world. We saw the pictures and read the reviews but when we walked in and opened the drapes, we were amazed. The view and the layout were even better than we expected. It was clean and decorated to make you feel relaxed. Just a few steps and we were on the most gorgeous beach or turn the other way and we were at the pool. We had a wonderful stay. I am very grateful to Karl and Ginny for sharing and providing info on restaurants, etc. Some of us played volleyball and some went fishing but we all had a great time. Thanks for everything and also for allowing Maggie to stay. Hope to stay again next year.

Our family and friends go to Florida every year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The price cannot be beat. We had 8 people and it was totally comfortable and you have all of the comforts of home. I cannot say enough about the owners and how nice and accommodating they were. We LOVED the ice maker and NEVER ran out of ice and we used A LOT of ice. A Great Vacation! 1st Floor with a View

We found Karl and Ginny’s Condo on homeway.com, we were completely taken by the photos. When we arrived we found that the condo is just as NICE as it appears in the photos. The condo is CLEAN, well furnished and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The only surprise here is the complete honestly of Karl, and his desire for you to feel welcome in their condo. You’ll have a great view of the beach from every room; even the kitchen. Your vacation starts the moment you open the door. We felt totally at home and very much appreciated clean comfortable beds, as well as clean comfortable furnishings through the rest of the condo. The balcony has a great view and plenty of room for you and your family. The grounds at the Dunes of Panama are clean and cared for, the staff is pleasant and helpful, there is no doubt this is a place you’ll plan to come back to. We booked the condo early in spring; Karl worked diligently to be sure we remained fully and factually informed of the B.P. situation. Fortunate of all of us Panama City Beach was spared the pain of the gulf oil crisis. I’ve encountered few individuals that would work this hard for someone they’ve not met before. Thank you Karl is most accommodating; he truly wants your vacation to be memorable. This vacation was just that; enjoyable and memorable! A Little Piece of Paradise~

You have to see to believe! Wow, what can we say about this place. It exceeded our expectations. All we could say as we walked in was, "OMG"! Karl, your place was everything you promised! After a bad experience last year in Destin, we had searched for a new place for almost 4 months. Tammy discovered your place and immediately called me. Once she spoke to Karl she wasted no time reserving our week for August. Karl and Ginny made sure the place was completely ready (including the awesome icemaker for our Margarita's) The condo is beautifully decorated and clean!! It had plenty of space for 8 of us and of course, Mugsy! The kitchen was fully equiped. Lastly, what can I say about the Awesome VIEW! Every room had wall to wall windows! It took my breathe away~ We did not want to leave! We are all counting the days until next year! We loved staying here and have already booked again for 2011. Right on one of the most beautiful beaches with snow white sand. The condo is perfect for us since we have a group of 4 adults. Close to everything and yet not located in the high traffic "Miracle Mile" where it takes for ever to drive any place. Karl, the owner is one of the nicest guys that you will deal with and really wants you to be happy when you stay at his place. THANKS KARL!!
