Why the Owner Chose Pelican Landing, Southbridge
After looking at over 100 homes we fell in love with Pelican Landing and the granduer of Southwest Florida with its temperatures averaging in the 80's in the winter. From the pool and hot tub to our private island, the free Kayaking and Sailing, the lush beauty of this established community and the friendliness of the people from all over the country, we have found this to be one of the gems of Southwest Florida. Topping this off is 2500 square feet of living area and a private view overlooking a wildlife refuge.
The Unique Benefits at this Coach Home/Condominium
We are within minutes of one of the largest shopping malls in Florida as well as a number of farmers markets, a number of beaches and more restaurants than we can count. Are you a golfer? We have two championship golf courses on site. One of our favorite rituals is taking a stroll in the evening to one of the many communities within Pelican Landing. The quit tropical beauty is so relaxing. Needless to say, we love it here and trust you will too.

Sue and I grew up in the beautiful hills and lakes of the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York and still reside there today. Our two children and their spouses along with the new addition of our granddaughter visit often and truly enjoy three of the four wonderful seasons. We enjoy golf and relaxing with friends and family over a campfire. We expect to reside in Florida seasonally when we retire but until then enjoy our home as much as we do. Larry & Sue, Elmira NY.
