Our one, two, and three bedroom, country cottages are located in a waterfront community on Great Peconic Bay on Long Island's historical North Fork.

Nestled within vineyards and farmland on three garden-filled acres, yet convenient to many local restaurants and attractions, our well-kept cottages offer a pleasant sense of contentment that keeps families coming back from summer to summer.

Each heated cottage has a living room with a futon or pull-out sofa. Each kitchen has modern, full-size appliances and living room has wifi wireless internet and cable TV. For outdoor enjoyment, each cottage has screened-in porch with table and chairs, outdoor barbecue, picnic table, and outdoor water faucet. Boat dockage is also available on our 365 feet waterfront. Great location, quaint, just 15 minutes from the Hamptons.

We also have a guest house which has one private bath and suite and two room with a shared private bath. All rooms have a queen-size beds.

Many local wineries very close to us. Come and enjoy our wonderfully relaxing summer retreat.

Why the Owner Chose Aquebogue

We are native to this area. Great area and wonderful waterways. We have the Great Peconic Bay, Long Island Sound, Atlantic Ocean, and Peconic River. Great seafood, and all type food restaurants. Wonderful boating and golfing. Plenty of wineries to go wine tasting to. Water Park close by. Tanger Outlets are nearby for great shoppping. We also have terrific yard sales and antiquing in town.

The Unique Benefits at this Cottages & Guest House

On the water and quaint and wonderful wildlife to wake up to. Great restaurant within walking distance Meeting house Creek Inn, which is located on the water and other wonderful restaurants to drive to by car. The wineries are nearby and are certainly good. Pet friendly. Cottages are overlooking the vegetable garden and we have terrific Farmstands within walking distance and nearby.

We are native to Aquebogue, LI and love everything about this area. We both grew up in farm families here and have 2 grown children that are with their significant others and have 2 granddaughters. We have a Mastiff dog named Montana born on Aug. 29, 2008 We love the water, gardening and travel in the winter. Love to meet all the nice quests that come here to stay.
