While we weren't sure what to expect as we drove down the roads (winding) to get here - we were pleasantly suprised with your house. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we wanted. We enjoyed some lunches on the back porch, late nights in the kitchen (playing cards) and breakfast every morning in the kitchen, walking outside at night was quiet and peaceful. Most important is that there was no TV, internet and limited cell phone coverage, which forced us to find other ways of amusing ourselves - THANKS! We will be back! - From Chicago

We had a wonderful time with our best friends, playing games, watching movies and taking pictures around the area. While playing a game on the porch, we had a deer walk right up to the porch. He actually let us pet him! We enjoyed the porch lots!!

We had such a great time! The house is so cozy and we absolutely loved the porch. A deer came right into the backyard. The lake is beatutiful and the boat ramp/dock is so convienient. Thank you for offering your home to us. We made some great memories here.

My family rented this great home in Aug. 2007. We were extremely pleased. The home was very clean and comfortably furnished. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. Stephanie was very accomodating and willing to help with any way. It was so nice to be on vacation and be able to spend evenings together as a family (not separated into two different hotel rooms). We really felt at home in this great hideaway. The private dock was very easily accessible. Hope to visit again next year. I won't even waste my time looking for any place else. This quiet hideaway was just perfect for the six of us. Thanks Stephanie, we had a great time!

I spent a week at this house, last season. I can say that it is very conveniently located to the lake. You just walk across the street/road,...and the boat dock is very easily accessible. There is a great view of the lake from the front porch. The house is in immaculate condition, and comfortably slept the 7 of us. The yard is great: in the front,...there is ample room to hold activities, additional sleeping tents, what have you. One of the best ammenities of the house is the rear screened-in porch. We spent the wee hours on the porch, right off the kitchen, and had so much fun. The house (when we were there) has new flooring,...cleaned immaculately,...and ample room to have a large family/friends gathering. I will probably rent this house again the next time we want to go to Norris Lake. Also,...I thought, when investigating places to rent for a week,...that for what you get,...this is a bargain. I shopped around for a month or so, before we decided on this great place. SO glad we picked this house. You'll have fun there,...I know we did. Sincerely, Andy Miller, Columbus, Ohio

We stayed here early in the 2008 season. The lake is absolutely beautiful. We will be back! Boat launch is perfect (straight across the house). The house was perfect for our family, the porch was great for meals and hanging out with the kids. We enjoyed using the campfire pit outside for cook outs too. Have fun and thanks to the owners for such a great place.
