Reservations are confirmed in writing after receiving a $200 refundable deposit. Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 11 a.m.

New this year is the ongoing Circus by the Sea at Frank Brown Park just east of Route 79 across from the new Pier Park. Pier Park is the new shopping, restaurant, entertainment center for Panama City Beach. Included is the infamous Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Top Deck overlooking the Gulf.
Carillon Beach Market Place has a three-fold fine dining experience with lakeviews, coffee shop, bakery, bar and grille with courtyard, fountains, shops all designed for an leisurely evening stroll.
Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, miniature golf courses and St. Andrews State Park are all close by.
