  We just today returned from spending four nights in the unit and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The unit was clean, well appointed and very comfortable, and having a rear patio that is about three feet from the Intercoastal Waterway was amazing. We spent several hours a day there and saw dolphins most of the days we were there, including two that came within twenty feet of the patio. A very easy five minute walk out of the front door brought us to the beach, and a brisk 20 minute walk on the beach brought us to the pier. Very easy access from the main street but very quiet as well. We loved it and hope to return again soon!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is always nice to have a little more space than a hotel provides when travelling with kids. We also enjoyed a jumping dolphin in the water as we enjoyed breakfast one morning. It is within walking distance to the beach and pier if you don't mind a bit of a walk. We found beach chairs in the closet of the kids' room on our last day there which would have been nice to know about at the beginning of our stay. It would also be helpful to have beach towels available. Overall though, we had a good stay.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We unfortunately no longer provide beach towels or chairs as they tended to be left behind at beach or disappeared. When chairs and beach toys are left by other guests we do leave in apts for use but we can't guarantee. Thanks again for visiting Clearwater Beach!

  Two blocks from the beach, this place was perfect! Very clean and well stocked. The patio off the back overlooks the Florida intercoastal. Full sunshine in the morning while we were enjoying our coffee, shaded in the evenings when we were trying to excape the sun! The dolphins and other wildlife we saw from the patio made our trip. Far enough away from the main strip that it was peacefull and quiet, but close enough to the excitement that our teenagers didn't miss a thing. This place was a great find.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
