This newly built beach home boasts all the amenities for a perfect beach getaway. This home has 3 floors and is professionally decorated and furnished with 4 thoughtfully detailed bedrooms, 3 large baths with oversized limestone tiles and granite countertops and custom cabinetry in both bath and kitchen. The Kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances with additional custom counter top seating. The adjacent dining area table seats 10.
The 42" HDTV, with surround sound, is provided in the home's great room with WiFi Internet access . A full sized washer/dryer is located on the first floor and the third floor has a wet bar. The classic, southern wraparound porch on the main floor has 2 outdoor ceiling fans and a large stainless steel gas grill with gas burner, perfect on a rainy beach day!
The spacious master suite (on second floor)is furnished with a king size cherry sleigh bed, 35" tv., private bath with custom cabinets, dual vanities and Jacuzzi tub. This room also has walk-in closet and private 10 ft. veranda. The guest bedroom on main floor has queen sized sleigh bed and large closet. The Bunk bed room is a perfect hang out for children with TV/DVD player and overstuffed chair beds for additional sleeping. The second guest bedroom on second level has a queen sleigh bed with its own private balcony. The third floor living/entertaining area boasts a wet bar with a view of the ocean.
The large outside patio/deck on third floor lends itself to a casual, comfortable feel...perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach or entertaining friends.
"The Preserve", located on 30A, is a picturesque setting in a private, gated community with 2 pools, tennis courts and workout facility. Our home in The Preserve provides easy access to a secluded, boardwalk path to the beach. This unique lot not only has a view of the ocean but backs up to the state land, Point Washington, which allows you privacy in your own backyard. The private beach access is located across 30A, less than 100 yds from the main entrance of The Preserve.
