Just 60 minutes from Fort Myers, FL Airport or 20 minutes from Naples, FL Airport, we are easy to find on the south end of Marco Island in the Essex South Building, located on the fourth floor at 861 South Collier Blvd.
The unit is fully equipped with all major & small appliances, WIRELESS INTERNET, linens, kitchen supplies, towels, beach & pool toys, in-suite full size washer & dryer, cable TVs with DVD & VHS player, CD player,and a comfortable couch. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest bedroom has a queen and a twin size bed. The beach is across the street, with public access around 60 yards away!. The clean white sand beach offers great shelling, blue waters, occasional dolphins, jet skiing, parasailing, sunbathing, & some of the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine!
If you enjoy tennis or swimming in the pool, this is the place. Our heated pool & tennis court are right next to the building. Marco Island offers boat, bike, & scooter rentals. In addition, you'll be near great restaurants & unique shopping and within walking or driving distance to many Florida tourist destinations.
The condominium is a no smoking-no pets condo. We require a $250 security deposit, refundable when you return the keys & the condo is left in good condition. Unit is available after 4:00 P.M. on your arrival day & we ask that you are out by 10:00 A.M. on departure day, so the unit can be cleaned by our professional cleaning staff. Marco Island is quiet,peaceful,yet vibrant. The locals welcome you. The Island has everything you need, from 4 star restaurants to fast-food, and Mom and Pop business that really feel like a small home town. Great safety forces and nearby medical facilities.Boat rentals, jet skiing and bicycle routes. Relax on the beach or go wind-surfing. It's up to you!You can walk to the beach from our codo and really enjoy Mother Nature.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My wife and I spent a vacation here, and fell in love with Marco. We enjoy walking the beach, seeing the dolphins, and watching the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Every night there is a new show of awesome beauty. Poolside is fun, too. We have decorated the condo nicely, and enjoy the positive feedback from our guests.
