Two bedrooms, studio and full bath on second floor. House owned by artist with many unique touches; mosaics, hand made tiles and original artwork. Lovely flower and vegetable gardens.
The house is situated on the pond next to Sebasco Resort-- you may walk through the woods to enjoy a variety of resort activities-- boating, tennis, golf etc. Resort dining both formal and casual is available. Water's Edge Restaurant is just down the road. Popham Beach, Hermit Island, and Small Point are less than 5 minutes away. 13 miles from shopping and Marine Museum in Bath. 30 minutes to shopping in Freeport
