Vince, the condo was amazing! The location was perfect being on the second floor so we didn't have to take the elevators. Pictures represented the property accurately. The view was great. It was everything our party expected and more. We will be back! Thank you!

Couldn't have picked a better place for our family reunion July 16-22 20011. Our family of eight stayed in this condo. It was so beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The kids loved sleeping in the master closet on the air mattress!!! We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and enjoying our breakfast. Thank you so much Vince for everything. We will recommend your condo to all our friends and co-workers who want a good vacation. Hope to be down again next year!!!!

This property was just what we expected. Beautifully appointed and conveniently located on lower level floor so we didn't have to wait on line for elevators. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is well stocked, and beach is directly outside of hotel doors! Mr. C. was very accommodating in allowing us a daily rate for our 7/9-7/14 stay. We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again and again and again!

This was our first time staying on the beach and this condo was top notch. Perfect location with great amenities. The listing details were accurate and matched the pictures perfectly. The property was clean upon arrival and well stocked for the week. We'll look to see if this unit is available for next years trip.

This was our second stay in this condo and we couldn't be happier. The owner is very professional and the condo is exactly as stated above. My 9 year old asked if we could stay here every year for vacation! The unit is perfectly located and decorated beautifully...I could definitely stay for more than one week! I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was my first vacation rental - Vincent C. made the process very easy. As for the condo - terrific - my family loved it - great for having dinner in, relaxing at night - very comfortable - u could easily live in a place like this year-round. We also stayed in a hotel near the boardwalk - also a good experience, but definitely preferred Kingston Plantation + Royale Palms. The grounds are huge but very walkable + nice, pools + beach are awesome, and the massive gym (about a 15 min walk) has everything u need unless you're an Olympic athlete. Unless u have access to the Hilton's shuttle though, you'll have to either rent a car or take taxi rides as there's only a few restaurants on the Plantation, and nearest grocery is about 2 miles away (if you like to jog tho, it'd be an easy run to the Krogers).

The best condo we’ve stayed in at Myrtle Beach…very upscale. The description the Owner gives is very accurate. Lovely furnishings, super location, well equipped, large rooms and in top-notch shape. This property is very clean and well maintained; came with another couple and the two master suites were perfect for us. I’ve been coming from VA to Myrtle Beach vacations all my life and I honestly think the Arcadian Shores area is the best area! Without a doubt, we would rent this Condo again.

I take my wife and two young daughters to MB every year around Easter and we had a great time. This is the first time we stayed here. The condo is very spacious and nice. Pool and beach are very short walk away. Will stay here again.

Just returned from 5 night stay at this beautiful condo. By far, the best condo we have ever rented in MB. Great oceanview and excellent second floor location. About 1,650 sf living space (interior furnishings upscale) and a 350 sf expanded balcony with access from both bedrooms and den. Oversize bedrooms with large baths. Exceptional space in den. Large dining table with space to move around. Kitchen very efficient, well-equipped. Property very clean/well maintained. Owners very helpful throughout leasing process. Would recommend this unit to all particularly those that don't like heights. Grounds around Royale Palms and Hilton very nice with several pools, outside bar, lovely ocean views. We will return to this condo without hesitation.

Our family vacation to Myrtle Beach this year was excellent. It was our first time staying in the Royal Palms and Vince the Condo was just beautiful, my wife and kids all just loved it we felt like it was home and we really did not want to leave. First class in every way. We would definitely love to say here again in the future.

Our family just returned from a fabulous family vacation at the Kingston Plantation. In all we had 22 adults and 9 children. There was something to do for everyone. Our unit was just beautiful. We really enjoyed relaxing in our living room and balcony after a funfilled day at both the beach and the pool. We are already counting down the days to our next vacation there!

Our family had a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach at this property. The condo was exactly as seen in the photos and was very spacious and well maintained. It exceeded my expectations. The property and grounds were beautiful and the amenities were great.The owner was very nice to do business with. I would recommend it to my family and friends and hopefully will get a chance to go back!

My family and I spent Memorial weekend (4 nights) and had a wonderful time. The condo is very comfortable and the location is great. Nice views from the large balcony - we enjoyed our coffee each morning and watching the waves. It is easy access to the pools, beach, and bar from the condo. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a great size. Thanks Vince for a great condo - we would love to stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed in this wonderful condo Aug, 2009 and had the best vacation ever. The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The convenience on the 2nd floor cannot be matched. The resort is fabulous and exceeded our expectations. I have been to Myrtle Beach all of my life, and I can honestly say this area of the beach is by far the best. Crystal clear water, immaculately kept beach with all ammenties available. It was a week of heaven. Highly recommended.

Hi Vince, This was our first time to Myrtle Beach. It's a great vacation spot. Your condo is beautiful - it makes you feel like you never left home. It's the best vacation spot on Kingston Plantation given the fact it's tied in with the Hilton. Perfect to have the luxuries of the condo and all the ammenities of the Hilton. It was also very convenient being on the 2nd floor of a 24 story building. Very easy access. I'd highly recommend!

We loved this place. The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the location on the 2nd floor it was very handy. The pool area was great fun. The kids loved it and we enjoyed the DJ and activities that they had at the pool. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend this place to our friends.

We stayed in this condo the week of June 13, 2009 and loved it! The ammenities were great! Being on the second floor was much easier than when we stayed on higher floors in the past. Loved the patio view and the condo was very quiet, we never heard another guest in the building!!! Thanks! We will be back again next year!

We stayed in this condo during February and March 2009 and had a great time. The condo is in excellent condition with all newer appliances, washer and dryer, etc. Very large balcony with nice view, and nice afternoon sun. We really enjoyed or stay, and will probably come back next year.

We just got back from our long weekend at the Royal Palms. What an amazing time we had! This condo is absolutley gorgeous and the view of the ocean is fabulous! We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the patio. The kids loved the sand bottom pool and waterfall. The waterpark was a huge hit as well. The condo has such easy beach access. We highly reccommend staying at this condo and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Beatiful condo - wonderfully decorated, very clean and quite! The location was great, as well as easy parking and unloading. The Royale Palms is a lovely building. There are many restaurants and great pools at Kingston Plantation to enjoy. We will definitely stay again.
