Our villa is located in Palmetto Dunes’ Inverness Village. The villa is an end unit with great views of the Fazio golf course from its many windows and new elevated deck. The Inverness Village pool and tennis courts are conveniently located just a few steps from your front door.
Palmetto Dunes’ 3 mile private beach is within walking distance of the villa. Easy access to the beach is available at the Disney Beach Club which has ample bike/car parking, clean rest rooms, and a nice snack bar. Because Inverness Village is in the center of Palmetto Dunes it is private and peaceful with absolutely no unwanted traffic. Take a walk on the golf course as sunset approaches and discover the wildlife near the ponds and lagoons. Inverness Village is one of the prettiest settings on Hilton Head Island.
Our villa has sleeping accommodations for 6 people. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite and bath. The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is downstairs with 2 twin beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa which is actually comfortable enough to sleep on. We have extra pillows and blankets if needed.
The villa interior was recently remodeled and furnished in 2005. The exterior was completely refinished in the spring of 2007. The new deck has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining.
We added an HDTV with a DVR and On Demand cable service this year. It is a nice addition for that occasional rainy day or ballgame that you don't want to miss. High quality linens, towels, tableware, and kitchen utensils are furnished. Free wireless internet access is provided.
The villa is pet friendly and immaculately clean. We have a great cleaning service. We use our villa several times a year and have never been disappointed with its cleanliness. We charge an extra fee of $75 per week for pets. It does take our cleaning service longer to clean the villa after a pet has visited. We demand very clean accommodations and so should you. If you aren't satisfied with our villa we will be happy to make amends.
Hilton Head Island is an exceptional location for an active family vacation. Your family will thoroughly enjoy the Palmetto Dunes Beach, Inverness Pool and Tennis Courts, and 3 great golf courses within a five minute drive. We chose Inverness Village because we love Palmetto Dunes. It has so much to offer an active family. We take full advantage of the beach, the pool, the golf course, and tennis courts.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Palmetto Dunes Beach is fantastic. We also enjoy playing golf and tennis. Our villa is on the Fazio golf course and right next to 3 nice clay tennis courts.
Disney Beach House is the best way to access Palmetto Dunes Beach. The beach house is one mile from our villa. There is car and bike parking, clean restrooms, and a snack bar.

Your villa is wonderful! Very clean, as promised, and everything is in excellent working condition! We’ve had no problems or concerns throughout the week and have had perfect weather (a thunderstorm or two, but in the evening – perfect timing!)
