Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region on Seneca Lake, this quaint but spacious air-conditioned waterfront home is available for your next vacation. Sunrise on Harmony can accommodate up to 12 people and is pet friendly.

Well appointed and well furnished, picturesque lake views abound from this luxurious home. The 3 levels of living space, which includes 4 bedrooms, an extra large kitchen, a great room, a living room, and 2 full bathrooms, provide plenty of space for your family and guests.
Upon entering through the main door is the large wrap around kitchen with brand new Granite countertops. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area with a formal dining table that can seat 8 people. Additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen. This leads into the great room, which boasts a wall full of windows facing the lake.
With a two story cathedral ceiling, comfortable sofas, and a 55' flat-screen television, it is the perfect area for everyone to unwind while enjoying the impressive lake views.
To the side of the great room are French doors that open up to the first floor master bedroom, which adjoins a full bathroom. This bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, TV/DVD, and ceiling fan. There is even a small walk out deck that overlooks the lake.
In addition, steps going up from the great room lead to a semi-private loft, which overlooks the great room and has incredible views of the lake. This large loft, split into two semi-private areas, is furnished with two twin beds, a queen bed, and extra seating, making it ideal for children and friends.
In the completely finished lower level are two more bedrooms, living room, bar, and laundry room. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and a master bathroom that contains a claw tooth bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and TV.
The living room has sofas, a flat-screen television, and a marble top bar. The sliding glass doors open to the main deck area that has a retractable awning. The side entrance door leads out to the side deck, which wraps around to the main deck.
On the level lawn is a brick paved fire-pit area for those evenings that call for a delightful crackling bonfire. To top things off, the patio has a large 8-person hot tub that overlooks the water. The permanent dock and 10,000 lb boat hoist are available for your fishing and boating pleasures. In addition, the large open dock area is ideal for sunbathing.

This was our first time to the finger lakes region and we found the house to be perfectly located. Overall, the house was nice and the view beautiful. However, having only two bathrooms was difficult (but manageable). Plus the one bathroom is through one of the bedrooms. And since the deck is right off that level, that bathroom gets used the most. Also, the "loft" beds were extremely uncomfortable. They had no box springs and the bed frames were not fully intact. So needless to say the individuals staying in the loft were not exactly happy with their sleeping arrangements. Lastly, the air conditioning unit is a wall unit on the main living level and it only has the capacity to cool the living area upstairs. The downstairs level does remain relatively cool if you use the fans. We were lucky in that the weather cooperated with us that week so it didn't get too hot. Also, I think its important that the guests know there are railroad tracks directly behind the property. During our stay the trains came through around 5pm and 10pm but its very short-lived and barely noticeable. The best parts of this property is the view, the large sundeck at the end of the dock, two living rooms , and its location. The hot tub is also a nice addition and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a grill outside. The property was clean and well-maintained for a lake house and I would recommend it more for smaller families with kids and couples that are close with one another. As a point of reference for this review we were a family of 9 all between the ages of 30 and 70.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Lots of room for 5 couples; beds were comfortable, showers had lots of pressure, hot tub!, fire pit! Close to numerous vineyards and tours. Have recommended to family. Weather was beautiful and the views were fantastic! Would go back in an instant!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
