Great stay, great island
Great stay, great island
We really enjoyed our stay at Logan's hideaway. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the sunset from the hot tub! The location is relaxing and peaceful. The owners were very kind and helpful and made our stay that much better. Pender has so many great beaches and trails to explore as well as charming shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Owner response: Thanks Elan and Rob,it was nice talking to you both.I realize a weekend is not long enough to see much of the "Island" and hope you can visit us for longer next time. We happen to live on a nice piece of property and like to share it with others. Our guest book is full of reviews and i look forward to reading them. I would like to thank ALL our past guests for sharing with us and look forward to seeing you again in the future. Bill & Diane

Pender Island has a lot to offer
Very enjoyable 3 days at Logan's Hideaway.Spent Many hours sitting on the deck or in the hot tub watching the busy passage out front. The wa terscape is constantly changing, great views. The cottage is nicely appointed, everything you need and the new Webber BBQ was a plus.We had one rainy day so took advantage of the DVD library. Pender Island has a lot to offer,a good grocery store, liquor store and variety of other shops.Several good restaurants, the seafood pot pie at Hope Bay Cafe was memorable, delicious.Lots of good hiking trails,Mt Norman is a must-do,steep hike up but fantastic view point makes it well worth it,close by the George Hill trail also offers great views at the top.A fun little golf course close by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Logan's Hideaway on Pender Island. Great weather, beautiful view and gorgeous sunsets. We even saw some whales swimming by a couple of nights. Did some hikes/sightseeing during the day recommended by the owner and at night we relaxed in the clean hot tub under the starry sky and watched the ferries go by. Our son and nephew enjoyed the kayaking in the quiet bay plus they also did a guided kayak tour. The cottage was clean, well maintained and beds were comfortable - would highly recommend staying here. And for further relaxation we enjoyed Bill's DVD collection. All of us would like to return!!

My wife and I have stayed here several times now. We have two small children and they absolutely loved it. The access to the private beach was probably the best part of the property for us. Not to mention the hot tub overlooking the ocean. Absolutely beautiful. The cottage was immaculate, I thought we were the first people there. The sheets on the bed were even Egyptian cotton. We will be returning for many years to come! Recommend to all!
